"Absolutely the worst foot massage experience I've ever had. I visited Big Feet on North Road in Coquitlam and left completely disappointed and uncomfortable. The person who "massaged" me was clearly sick—he was coughing constantly, even directly toward my face. The towels were dirty, the water was cold, and the place reeked of garlic. He had extremely long nails and scratched my skin multiple times, to the point that I had to ask him to stop. There was absolutely no massage technique—he clearly had no idea what he was doing and spent most of the time loosely holding my foot while staring at the clock. He left the room several times to answer the phone, and was loudly chatting with others throughout my session. The armchair covers were stained and filthy. This place is unsanitary, unprofessional, and not worth a single dollar. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Went for foot massage and pedicure. It’s just an awful experience. They send a newly trained staff do the massage and basically I didn’t feel any pressure on my feet. The guy for pedicure keeping show off how he professional is and he even trains all the staff how to do pedicure. It end up with bleeding on my toes and he even try to use Disinfecting Wipes which is toxic to sanitize the wound. I can’t imagine how unprofessional the staff are trained by him. After 1 month, my toe still feels pain."

"My husband and I just had the 50-minute reflexology massage with Luna and Andrew. We finished with a shoulder and neck massage. As it was my first time having reflexology, I was pleasantly surprised. Andrew did an amazing job relieving tension. Luna was great as well. Both were very professional and kind. "I have been coming here regularly for the past couple of years. The staff are great, professional, positive, and genuinely want to provide quality service. This location is well staffed and easy to get an appointment on short notice. The owner Kelly cares about her customers and her staff, are great. Andrew and Tina are amazing. Services are quality and affordable. This is the only shop my fiancé will go to for massage, as like many women, had negative and creepy experiences other places. She didn't go for massage for years until I convinced her to try this shop. Tina is her go-to. She will only come here for massage as she feels safe, comfortable, and guaranteed free from predatory behavior. I was inspired to post this review after reading a very unfair review of this shop. I am of the view that the negatives are were likely written by competitors or those in need of a psychological evaluation. For example, the 50ish, socially, awkward, and cheap as f*** reviewer complaining about a young male staff "flirting" or hitting on her because he appeared overly friendly, would fall under the latter category. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with this shop and would give them an A++++ rating on any day of the week. I have found their rates very affordable and the quality of service second to none. Thank you Big Feet!"
