    "I had an unfortunate experience at this establishment. Upon arrival, I asked the woman at the front desk (possibly the owner) to explain the services they offer. She immediately started talking about the price, even though the prices were clearly displayed on the wall. I politely clarified that I was asking about the services, not the cost, but she persisted and seemed dismissive of my request. When I pressed further, the conversation broke down. She accused me of being angry or frustrated, which was far from the truth. I tried to explain that I was simply providing examples of why good customer service is important in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, she misunderstood and continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and condescending manner. I left because the interaction ruined the vibe entirely. Hospitality requires creating a welcoming environment, and this experience felt anything but. It’s disappointing, as I had hoped to support this business. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Customers deserve respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are or what mood they’re in. Dec 2024: My reply after reading the provider’s reply Hello, I’d like to address some inaccuracies in your response. When I left your establishment, I spent time in my car writing a review. I later approached you briefly while you were outside smoking to inform you of the review and then left. I kept my distance and was not confrontational. I’m very sure I did nothing to make you feel uncomfortable, your discomfort seems to stem from the situation rather than my actions. I’m also visibly black. It was obvious that you were reacting to my race from the first second rather than any action I took. Pls go and reflect on and check your bias. As a provider in the hospitality industry, your role is to create a welcoming experience. Instead, I felt uncomfortable during my visit, which led to my decision to leave.     "I will never come back here again and will not recommend this place to friends. When I got there I was greeted by a very unpleasant older lady who made me feel like an unwanted guest in the establishment. She started yelling at me that my shoes are dirty and I have to take them off (it's snowing outside)! When I chose a girl and went into the room with her, she only stayed in the room for 10 minutes, but I paid $200 and wanted 30 minutes of service. When I told the manager about it, she said it was my fault and that I "finished" too quickly. Bottom line - you will be very disappointed if you visit this place. It's not Paradise, it's hell with unfriendly Russian staff."

    "I had visit Canada on my business trip this week near the airport area. I had to stay for few days near the area therefore I have ample amount of free time after. My first visit a very young and energetic lady greeted me at the front door. The place is clean & classy. Andria is very tall and she has an adorable face with a perfect body. I have a very good time with her and her attitude was friendly. If you really want to do massage then this is not right place. Because they charge you for 30mins massage but they don’t do your body massage. Overall experience was good"

    "My experience was based on my visit a few back. I called to ask if walk-ins are available, which I was told yes. However, i was told to call back after 20 mins but just decided to visit in person. The receptionist proceeded to yell about how I did not call her back. She kicked me out of the spa, and I decided to call an Uber . After almost 10 mins, she decided to open the etrance door and ask if i wanted to stand inside. I am pretty sure she only did that because other clientele were looking at me waiting in the cold for a cab.... never had a business make me wait out in the cold for a lyft... receptionist was this old russion white lady with blonde hair... she needs training on how to speak in a respectful manner...especially for new clientele.. thank you for saving me a trip not to come back here again"

    "This location is the best! It’s very calm and discreet. I have been coming here every week since this place has newly opened as Paradise Spa. Let me say that this spa brings a very comfortable, friendly and amazing experience. There is plenty of parking space and great services that are provided. I always book with Valentina she’s very sexy and gives a great relaxing massage. Very professional. Nadia is beautiful and provides an incredible service as well"
