"By far the worst massage I have ever had. First off, you walk in and the place does not look anything like the pictures they have posted. The beds are not even proper massage tables. You put your face down on a towel that has had an "x" cut into it. The woman giving me my massage had FOR SURE not had any formal training on how to do so. I am normally someone who likes very firm pressure and never complains. I had to tell this woman multiple times to stop doing what she was doing as it was causing me pain. This woman more shook my.body than massaged, and ran her knuckles firmly into me over and over. At one point I had to stop her from pushing so hard on my shoulder and she told me that I had a "deep knot under thick skin" and that if she "got rid of the knot your arm will get smaller". Im not sure if this was body shaming or something lost in translation, but it made me feel horrible. I did not even finish my massage, I asked to leave. She then started massaging my head and told me it was time to roll over for the neck massage. I had to tell her 3 times I was done and did not want to finish the massage. When I went to pay I was asked about insurance. I do not have an insurance card, so told them I need a receipt and will submit myself. She took my payment and then did not give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt and she told me I was supposed to pay $15 MORE if I wanted an insurance receipt. I had already told her I was going to submit it myself. She agreed a bit and then agreed to gove me the receipt, but the receipt was for an RMT in Quebec, which she stated "was their sister company". This place is sketchy. Avoid at all costs."

"I don’t even know where to start. This was my first ever massage and my husband had booked the appointment for my birthday. It was an awful experience. When you first walk in, the appearance is super underwhelming and there were shoes everywhere. I was about 5 minutes early and put into a side room where it appeared like they forgot about me for 20 minutes as those coming in after me were put into other rooms. Finally someone comes in, asks if I’m getting a massage and I confusingly say yes and she tells me to just lay down. I said I’ve never had a massage so what am I supposed to take off, she said top only and I laid down. There was absolutely no other communication to me other than to ask me if I wanted oil and a hot towel. I had no idea what was going on except for the fact I couldn’t wait for it to be over. The experience was so unbelievably painful and I’m actually bruised from it a few days later on my back and arms. No candles or relaxing vibes at all, the light was left on halfway through and there were a pair of shoes right under the hole of the bed where my face was. I still can’t believe I didn’t say anything and agreed to pay for this service. Please find somewhere with licensed masseuses instead of risking it at this spa."

"Had my first spa experience here with my sister and I'm hoping to come back again in the future. We had the 2 Customers Package for 60 min.The atmosphere was relaxing and the masseuses were on point. They'll ask if you're good, if it's too much or too little, and in my experience, they'll pick up on the tense parts of the body and try to iron it out. Happy New Year's S&T Spa!"

"I booked a couples massage for a friend and I. My friend enjoyed it quite a bit since it was his first time. However for me it was a different experience, I'm used to going to relax and align but they did not have an appointment that met my needs. All that said, I booked online and it said 150$ for 60 minutes for 2. I go to pay and my receipt was 180$ I understand it's still cheaper than most places bit don't just make up prices. Also tried to put in a claim with sunlife and they are giving me problems.. make sure to call before booking to see if your insurance company is on their list.. Overall, I gave it 3 stars because the masseuse did listen to my needs."
