She is one of the two sugarers that I've worked with that does cold sugar work (I've worked with a lot so I know its rare) and the eyebrow work is the BEST I've ever gotten EVER. I'm very religious about my brows and I was having a hard time finding a place that I like here in Nanaimo (originally from Vancouver) and I think if I even lived in Vancouver, I would come back to Rachel just for me brows. Her prices are very fair and affordable (which isn't something I can say for most of Nanaimo's beauty community).
