"NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I WAS INSULTED SO BAD. I am not the one to leave a review for anyone if it’s bad or not. I booked an appointment to get a lymphatic massage & I confirmed with the receptionist 3 times. I was taken to the room. I confirmed with the masseuse once they started the massage If it’s a lymphatic massage and they confirmed yes. I have gotten a lymphatic massage done once before. I was given the wrong massage. I realized close to the end and I walked to the receptionist to confirm that I was given a wrong massage and she acknowledged and said “ oh I am so sorry I am a new employee and didn’t understand & we gave you a wrong service and asked me to come back the next day for a lymphatic massage and said no worries we won’t charge for the massage and didn’t ask me for payment before I left and I came back the next day and was asked to go to the room and once I was ready for the massage this Asian lady came in and was on the phone with the owner “no massage today “ and I was so confused and she accused of lying and leaving without paying yesterday after several instances of explaining, she still kept accusing me and kept repeating “ no massage today “ and told me I have to pay for yesterdays massage. I communicated over and over again I don’t mind paying for todays massage the service I asked for. They opened the door in middle of me changing while customers were outside. I felt so VIOLATED. I told her to close the door. She laughed. I had left my watch at the massage place yesterday she threatened “I am not giving your watch back until you pay for the massage “. I was willing to pay for the right massage which I communicated again and again. I am an employee myself, and I understand being compensated for your job but I was literally violated & humiliated. She was laughing the whole time and kept calling me a lair. I felt so harassed and humiliated by the owner & employee. The owner was super rude over the phone. Never would recommend this place unless you wanna feel violated. They know nothing about customer service. The lady at the receptions always asking for extra tips."

"I usually visit this massage place with my partner, and we’ve had good experiences in the past. My partner’s massage was fine this time too. However, mine was not up to the mark. In the middle of the session, they switched the masseuse without informing me, and the new girl clearly had no idea what to do next. She didn’t ask about pressure preferences or which areas to focus on — it felt rushed and unprofessional. Really disappointed this time, especially considering how regularly we come here. Hope they improve their service and communication."

"Jot is an amazing massage therapist at POW . She She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel super relaxed. The reception was decent, no complaints there. The only thing is the place itself could use a bit of an upgrade, but honestly, the massage made up for it. Overall, pretty good experience!"

"First time getting a massage was suffering from back pain when I slept on my sides tried tennis balls and foam rolling didn’t help. Randomly decided to do a 30 min session here and slept pain free on my sides. Very satisfied with the results."

Even from the beginning, she listened to what I wanted during the trial and she made sure she got it all down. I love that she gave me tips on how to take care of my skin, so it’s ready for the big day! And on my wedding day, she was so lovely and friendly and all good vibes! We had so much in the dressing room because of Lindsay! She’s so sweet and funny! I highly recommend her for your wedding day or any special occasions!"
