"I have been going to Hand and stone for a few years,not as often as I should, however, right from the time I arrive,I always find the front desk girls very pleasant friendly and helpful. Gab is my massage therapist and he is amazing. I have gone to other places for a massage, they always cut me short on time for about 10 minutes, however, Gab gives me my full 50 minutes. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone for their cleanliness, promptness and overall welcoming and relaxing environment. Keep up the good work."

"I had an amazing experience yesterday at Hand & Stone Spa Orleans! I had a gift card for a massge that I wanted to use for a while. I spoke with Zee who provided such an outstanding service booking me in, accomodating my schedule, being patient and discussing my needs for my massage. I was booked in with Shannon who was so sweet and amazing. Time flew by during the session and I immediately felt a huge relief with my back and neck and shoulder pain. She is such an amazing massage therapist who was able to detangle my knots and made me feel so relaxed and was able to get all the tension out of my body. She has a beautiful healing energy, hands of gold. I highly recommend her. Virginia was so sweet and made me feel so welcomed in the Spa and made sure I enjoyefd my experience in the spa. She was friendly, welcoming and so professional. I really enjoyed my experience and will be booking another massage session soon. I highly recommend them!"

Treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in (despite it being my first time there) Zee is amazing, kind , patient while explaining everything to me. Offered to get me water and take my coat. I really was being soiled . Then came time for my actual therapy session with therapist who had read my history , and worked on what I needed. Thank you to the team there for being great!"

Booked my partner a deep tissue massage after I called and confirmed with reception that Helen does offer deep tissue massages, I was told to write it in the notes when I book (which I did), and when he got there, Helen told him it wasn’t a deep tissue massage it would be a relaxation massage. I don’t recommend."

Been there twice now for a massage and a facial and I wasn’t fully disappointed, but I wasn’t fully satisfied either. However, to each their own as well as everyone likes different things in their services."

"The gift card program is not what you think it is. I bought 2 massages that gave me 2 facials but because of an administrative errors I ended up getting 1 message and 3 facials. This is not working for me as my primary goal was to have massages. I have been trying to resolve this issues for weeks. The staff keep saying they need to talk to their manager but don’t follow up with me. I have been chasing them since last December and still no resolution. I’m now stuck with 3 facials that I need to use before the end of April. I’m very disappointed with their client service to say the least!"
