"I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Moon. She is so dedicated. I just love her!! ❤️❤️My appointment got pushed a little (which I truly had no problem with) as she had a busy day and her employee wasn’t in that day. She stayed back for more than an hour after the salon closed so she can finish my nails. And let me tell you that there was no rush on her part. She still took the time and effort and made sure I get the perfect nails for my vacation. If this was some other salon, I’m sure they would rush the process. I have been going to her for almost a year now and would never even consider someone else for my nails."

"Hands down the BEST salon ive ever been to! i make youtube videos where my hands are the focus so its important my nails always look good and Moon nails it everytime. This place is so personable and sooo very kind but most important extremely welcoming! i had the most pleasant experience getting my nails done that ive ever had. Moon made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole session and was happy to talk to me. i wont go anywhere else from now on this is the only place ill go! plus she even rubbed my hands down with a warm cloth and put cream on my hands witch is such a wonderful touch that ive only ever had here! i highly recommend calling Rubys nails and talking to Moon ( the owner and nail tech ) will look after you she is a wonderful artist! I dont even no how many times ive been to this place anymore but i always look forward to going. I think its so important to also be treated with the same respect given and Moon makes sure of that! Moon is more then happy to make small talk if you're friendly like i am and like to chat like the friend you become when you start going to this place and i vaule that most. i never give places such an indepth review but i think this place deserves that"

"Moon is the best nail tech I have ever been to! And I absolutely say that with confidence. It seemed almost impossible to find a nail tech since I moved from Toronto to the Durham region. I’m so incredibly happy that I took a chance on Ruby Nails and found Moon. I absolutely love her! She is so kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients…both old and new. When I came into see Moon, she made me so comfortable from start to finish. She took her time and was so attentive with every step. She listened to what I wanted and communicated what she was going to do. Alot of nail techs don’t talk you through the process. This is just another reason why Moon is just simply the best nail tech I have EVER had. It’s now a few days since I got my nails done and they still look I had JUST got them done.
