I'm just reviewing the gym part of the spa. The staff are great, accommodating and friendly. The facilities are kept very clean, and there is someone constantly keeping the locker room and shower area neat and clean. The reason I don't rate this a five is because of the treadmills and elliptical machines. There have only been about 50% of these machines actually working over the past few months. There are about as many out of order placards on the machines as there are actual working machines. I understand that it's a challenge to keep those units working as they must be about 20 years old, but one should expect better. The staff, free weights, and weight machines are great, but the treadmill and elliptical equipment could use better maintenance or, better still, an upgrade to new (or newer) equipment.

The experience itself was amazing, the people working in the spa we're all lovely and friendly. Myself and my friend had a relaxing time. My one and only complaint would be, when we went back to pay for our parking, it came to over $60! For 2.5hrs. My friend and I freaked out. There needs to be parking validation for people going to the spa or at least a discount. We sadly won't be back just due to the parking situation. Was not worth it.

Fitness centre well equipped. No service staff. Maybe they work 9-5? The pool is small. Not all the swimming jets work and the water level is low. Seems like some things are not being well tended to. Pool deck area and seating is nice. Decent hot tub. The washroom and shower areas are clean and well maintained.

I had the worse manicure and pedicure of my life. My nails looked like they had been done by a five year old, uneven and badly cut and filed. The polish started peeling within a day. Poor quality and overpriced. Would have been better off having my nails done at any neighborhood nail salon for a fraction of the cost. Would never return for sny of their services.

The best pedicure/spa experience ever! Hands down! Spa is pristine! Steam, gym and pool included with your service. Staff: AMAZING! Highly recommend!!

Best manicure and pedicure thanks to Anastasia! Great attention to detail and sorted my hands and feet out! I even had my nails buffed with a chamois leather buffer!! Would definitely recommend

I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Elena at absolute spa in the Vancouver Airport today. I had received a friends review highly recommending me to try out the absolute spa after she had experienced as she called it “ the best massage ever her “ and was lucky enough to have a 2 hour layover in the airport. There were complications + confusions with my flight boarding time which happened to be at the gate located right beside of the spa ( thankfully :) ). I gave Elena the time of my flight departure and she was able to determine the estimated time for boarding. She fit in a 30 min wonderful massage + a 20 minute facial. As the plane passengers filed up in line , which wrapped infront of the spa , Elena did an amazing facial on me and let me pay before hand incase I needed to rush off for boarding. She was so kind so accommodating and was more attentive to my own departure time than I was to ensure that I didn’t miss my flight. I would absolutely recommend attending this spa based off their skill level in massages and knowledge base on clinical certified products to use for all skin types and overall customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back to absolute spa and I will now become the friend that recommends it to the next person for their own amazing experience at the spa. Thank you Elena and Tess for your services and laughs today at my boarding experience. I will be back!
