If I could give Cara and Scott 6 stars I would! This is the ONLY laser spa I would trust for hair removal. Cara is meticulous with her work. Scott is incredibly organized and accommodating with fitting appointments around my busy life schedule. There spa is always so clean, and they are incredibly inclusive and welcoming. I've been going to Cara for a few years now (for various body parts) and there is a reason I keep coming back to her. The results take time, and Cara is well versed in explaining how the laser results work. Also, if you aren't already signed up for their newsletter, you should do it! It's full of discounts, deals and even a few games.

I first met with Cara in 2018, 7 years ago if you can believe it! After trying bikini waxing for a year, I decided it just wasn't for me. And like whoever is reading this, I scoured through Google reviews looking for a place in London that had laser hair removal. I first started with Cara in 2018 for bikini area hair removal, and in the years since, I have not had to use a razor on my bikini line ONCE. I can't even begin to tell you how unbelievably liberating that is. Not to mention that the laser process itself was relatively painless, and in my opinion, not nearly as uncomfortable as the waxing process, where quite honestly I felt like human velcro. And price-wise, laser is way more cost effective than waxing. The experience was so great, I decided to have laser hair removal for my underarms in 2021, and then for my face/sideburns in 2024/2025, with the same great results. So if you're looking for someone who can provide a service that works - look no further, Cara will get it done. But the cherry on top is the incredible customer service. I have met with Cara close to 20 times with all the sessions I've had done. And with each meeting, she has been so kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. If she ever had an off day, I never saw it. You feel comfortable the second you walk into her room. (And also kind of lamely on my part, you want to be her friend LOL, she's just so cool). On the admin side of things, Scott is SO on top of everything. He will send reminders of steps to take before your session, he responds insanely promptly to any text/email, he basically memorized my schedule to the point where he knew which days/times worked best for me and would automatically block off some spots for booking follow-up appointments or rescheduling. The dedication of these two was not lost on me, and the service provided was worth every penny. So Google review reader, if you've made it this far, I want to end this by saying that I waited 7 years to make this review, because I wanted to make sure that others would be able to read about not only recent experiences, but also how the results have held up years later. And after all these years, I can confidently say that I am still a naked mole rat in all the places I want to be. If you're in a position to get some laser done, go to Cara. Life's too short to worry about body hair.

It has been over a year and 2 months since I had my last session for laser hair removal at Afterglow Laser Spa. I am loving the results of the treatment and I strongly believe that I am more confident today than I was before the treatment. I am a person of colour and I had heard many stories about how laser hair removal does not work for all skin tones, but I am so glad I went through with the consultation at Afterglow because they listened to my concerns and because of it, I see the results today. Cara genuinely cares about her clients. Even though I took a long break (around 2 years) between two sessions, she remembered that I suffer from eczema and she was always careful. You know you are cared for at Afterglow. I thought to write this review today because for the past few weeks I have been feeling very grateful for Scott and Cara, because I look at my face today and it makes me happy. That chin stubble was hurting my confidence, but ZAP! so happy it's gone! I thought that the results were temporary, but I was wrong. I know that getting Laser hair removal at Afterglow was worth it! I will be going back soon. Also, I can confidently say that their premises is a no judgement space. Thank you Cara! ^_^

Amazing customer service. Scott and Cara are awesome and they provide great services. Just started my laser hair removal journey and they have been great. Edit - 7 months into my laser hair removal and have seen amazing results. I had my chin and upper lip done and have barely any hair left. Started my under arms and have had amazing results with only a few sessions. About to start my lower legs and cannot wait to see the results. It is definitely worth getting done if you struggle with unwanted hair.

Second, the person who give you the information about Laser treatment for any area of your body; give you an excellent information about the process and what to expect. I've been going here for the past 2 and a half years now for facial and body laser sessions. Scott and cara are both such lovely and accommodating people, they make you feel warm & welcome. Words cannot express how happy I am with my results. Super smooth and rarely ever have to shave. I'll most definitely continue going to afterglow!
