I got my lower back waxed on April 19, 2 days later I broke out with folliculitis bumps. So itchy and uncomfortable. I called the salon and was told to “ice” it. I requested the owner to call me. I never got a call. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and service quality received on April 19. I have been coming here for years.

I wish I had done laser hair removal a lot sooner, the results are wonderful! The staff are even more amazing, so incredibly friendly, welcoming and always make you feel so comfortable. The store is so beautiful and calming and I always enjoy going there. The best aesthetic place to go to!

I have been coming here for close to 10 years now for several services and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are always so clean, professional and friendly. They have always been great at getting me in for last minute appointments and are through in all services. Their nail services are better than most, i got a shellac manicure 3 weeks ago and even with a bit of growth they still look great! Any other place I go my shellac chips in 2 days. Love it here, I highly recommend!

I went here for the first time for a spa day with my mom, sister and aunt. I have to say, the facial experience was the BEST! It was so relaxing, the heated bed, the light massage, I could have stayed there all day. I cannot believe I've lived in Ajax for over 10 years and didn't know about this place! I will be going back!

I went in for a full body wax. I normally do mine at home so this was not a regular experience for me. The lady was very nice, but she reused the wax paper way too long. I ended up breaking out, and I never get skin reactions like this on my body. The waxing job itself was decent, though there were a couple patches of hair left, particularly around my brazilian which I had to go over again. The breakout on my shoulders has left me with some hyperpigmentation to treat, and now my decision to continue with home waxing has been solidified.

The best spa for all your lady needs in durham!!! The ladies here are AMAZING!! They treat you like a queen no matter what service you get!! Big shout out to Alpita, Roxanne, & Rose for ALWAYS making my appt feel super relaxing & no awkwardness when getting waxed down there!! They deliver exceptional service every single time and I would highly recommend this spot to anybody in the surrounding area!!
