My spouse and I had a massage appointment today with Andriana and Josée. They were very respectful and highly experienced, which made it one of the best massage experiences we’ve ever had. The environment was perfectly clean and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

I previously left a glowing five-star review for this business, but unfortunately, things have drastically gone downhill since the management changed. The level of service has significantly declined, and the front staff now lack the professionalism and friendliness that once made this place stand out. It's disheartening to see how little loyalty or care is shown toward long-time, loyal customers. On top of that, they’ve developed a frustrating habit of calling customers last minute to change appointments. Yet, if a customer needs to reschedule, they immediately threaten with no-show fees. It feels like a one-way street, with no flexibility or understanding on their part. The only reason I still come here is because my masseuse is exceptional and has been my go-to for years. If she ever decides to leave, I will absolutely stop coming here. It’s a shame to see a business with so much potential take such a turn for the worse.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of sensitivity and professionalism from the staff at this spa. Ever since the change of ownership, the level of service has drastically declined. This was actually the second time they unilaterally cancel my appointment without informing me — the first time was the day before I was going on vacation. Most recently, they canceled my 30-minute appointment, changed it to 15 minutes without my knowledge (it has always been a 30 minute appointment), and failed to notify me. I called ahead to let them know I’d be 10 minutes late, only to be left on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally arrived, they casually informed me the appointment was canceled. This level of disorganization and disregard for clients is unacceptable. I will no longer be coming to this spa, and I’ll be making sure the people I know avoid it as well. Edit: I just read other reviews that mention the exact same thing I went through and just spoke to 2 other friends that no longer come to this spa for this lack of organization/professionalism.

I see from other reviews that I’m not the only one who has experienced issues with appointment reliability at Aqua Spa Nuance. While I was very happy with the manicure itself—Sahar was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on my nails—the overall experience was frustrating. My appointment was rescheduled yet again because someone called in sick. There seems to be a recurring problem with staffing and last-minute cancellations, which makes it difficult to trust that appointments will be honoured. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and consistency. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here, and for that reason, I won’t be returning. I hope the spa takes these concerns seriously and works on improving their scheduling practices.

Very nice spa, I've gotten Swedish and deep tissue massages absolutely amazing ! Feel like a whole new woman lol. Clean showers and bathrooms, towels were soft and smelt great, robes were cozy to wear while doing my hair. Staff was helpful and friendly, thank you for making my visits well worth it :) I recommend MI HAI :)

Gaby the nail technician was absolutely flawless. From the second I walked in to the second I left. Her expertise doesn’t go unnoticed. Cuticles look impeccable, polish application looks precise and the entire work overall was fantastic. Thank you

I’ve been seeing Victoria for over eight years, and I can confidently say that her expertise is unmatched. Beyond being an exceptionally skilled esthetician, she is one of the kindest and most caring professionals I’ve ever encountered. Victoria’s dedication to her craft and her clients goes far beyond expectations. She listens attentively, understands exactly what my skin needs, and tailors every treatment with precision and care. Her kindness and professionalism create an experience that feels not only luxurious but also deeply personal and restorative. Victoria has a way of making you feel truly cared for, both inside and out. She’s more than an esthetician—she’s someone who genuinely invests in your well-being. I cannot recommend her enough!

If I could give more stars I would!!! Not only do they provide amazing services, they also have a heart of gold!! They held a charity event to help women in need and charged close to nothing for all services!! It was a lovely night filled with gratitude. The owner is lovely and so are all the employees. I got a massage and I left feeling soooo relaxed. I also got a paraffin service which left my hands feeling like butter. I would strongly recommend supporting this spa because they support us in return :)
