I always feel a lot of anxiety going into haircuts, but Kiera took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me a cut that I’m so happy with. It's obvious she has so much passion for what she does and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. I felt completely at ease in her hands, and the attention to detail she put into my cut was amazing. A+++ service--- fantastic skill, great conversation, and an overall wonderful experience. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who listens and cares!

My treatment with Eyanna was excellent. She was calming and soothing, just what I needed in the middle of my house move. She was also skilled and knowledgeable working with my spinal surgery this year. My girlfriend had a treatment with Tanya, which she said was very good. Just the right pressure. Love the steam bath and your facilities.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I was visiting to purchase some hair products and had a $20 bonus gift card from a promotion last year, but there was nothing on the card indicating it couldn’t be used for products. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked about the policy. She responded in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. To make matters worse, the salon's hours listed on both their website and Google Maps are incorrect. I had to turn around twice earlier because they were closed when I arrived. Today, after calling three times, I finally got through to someone to confirm their hours. When I mentioned the issue with their posted timings, the front desk lady wasn’t open to feedback at all. She just told me to call, even though I had already tried multiple times and couldn’t get an answer. It was frustrating and unhelpful. I just wish I had caught her name to address this further.

I’ve been going to aru spa and salon for a few months now to get my hair done by Seth. I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far and love returning to get my hair done. Seth does a great job of including me in the whole process, by explaining each step to me, and he’s very attentive when it comes to catering to my hair needs. He recently did a great job with bringing out my natural hair colour in a reverse balayage. I look forward to my next appointment with Seth!

I super like the result of my haircut. Such a total makeover. Elke is super nice and really knows what she does. She did also told me what and what not to do with my hair. Their service was superb and so were the staff i met. Can’t recommend them enough. ❤️❤️ Yllana
