Booked online in under 3 minutes, arrived 10 mnts before my appointment, got taken care of in minutes, front desk guy very helpful and massage lady incredible. Professional and utmost care I’ve ever received from a massage spa in my life, not to mention the pricing which is unbelievable affordable comparing to any particular therapists or other businesses out there. Definitely my go to spa for relaxation from now on. Thank you so much to everybody, an amazing experience and looking forward to come back.

This was only my second time at Big Feet, and I loved it! Had a 50-minute foot massage and a 10-minute shoulder massage with Ana. Her firm pressure was perfect for me. Definitely coming back for more foot massages and booking a full-body session with her next time!

It was my first experience with Big Feet in PoCo and it was fantastic! I had a 1 hour body massage session with Niya and she definitely went beyond and above. She is a professional, friendly, patient, and just a nice person. After her massage I felt revitalized and relaxed and already booked another appointment with Niya????

I have been going to Big Feet for years! Just had the most incredible 50 minute reflexology foot massage with Julio! Definitely deserving to jump on here and leave a 5 star review for him and Big Feet! Feel amazing , will be back and will definitely request him over and over Great prices , always friendly atmosphere too!

Signed up for a massage and was surprised that I had to pay a 'tip' when I went to pay at the Reception. I have been to a couple of their outlets in Port Moody and Burnaby before and was never asked to pay a 'tip'. The old lady at the Port Coquitlam outlet almost insisted I pay a 'tip'! Everybody asking for 'tips' these days, even after picking up your own pizza! Ridiculous! Never going back again!

The whole experience was fantastic! The staff are friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in. The environment is clean and very relaxing. The massage was wonderful!

Had my reflexology done by Alice. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure the pressure was to my liking throughout the appointment and she even offered tips how to relieve tension. Every time I leave, I feel refreshed and relaxed. If you want friendly, nonjudgemental service in a safe environment, I would definitely recommend. I was nervous at first but the communication and attention to detail helped put me at ease.
