I keep coming back to this one, Ann is great with doing extention nails quickly. Helen is my fav for Pedi, she always gives me hot stone massage and Christina is my go to for wax. You can book online or they will fit you in. Also, I noticed their establishments seems cleaner than some of the rest.
I've been using Bliss nails and Anna for a few years now and its always been a pleasant experience. Before a recent vacation I decided to treat my four old and myself to mani/pedi’s. I did a gel manicure and I decided to upgrade to shellac for my daughter so it would stay on longer. We paid $200 for all the services. We left for vacation and my daughter nails were basically off within three days of having then done. Within a week, four of my nails started peeling and breaking where they added the extension when it should last 3-4 weeks When we returned back from vacation, I called Anna and she told me to come in so she could fix it. When we came in the next day, she looked at my daughters nails and said she doesn't guarantee kids because it comes off quickly, in which I replied we did shellac so it should stay longer and she said shellac will still come off with kids. I told her I wish I had been told that at the time when I paid $15 extra for shellac. She agreed to fix it. She looked at my nails and said I should have come in earlier, but I told her we just came back from vacation. She reluctantantly agreed to fix. When she sat down, she told me my nails had a lot of growth and asked if I wanted to fill them since I was here and I asked her how much and she told me she could do it for $50. And then asked her if she could work with me on price since she had already agreed to fix four of my nails for free, so it would make sense that she could give me a bit of a discount. In which she replied, she was already giving me a discount but when you look at the pricing on the wall, it listed gel refills as $50 proving she wasn’t giving me a discount. I asked for clarification thinking there was a misunderstanding, and she stood firm on her pricing. I was not asking for it for free, I was asking for a $10 discount since I already spent $200, for our nails to be ruined within a week and now she was looking for me to spend more money. With zero flexibility I told her to remove the nails because I would not be spending more money and would not be returning back. I genuinely hope $10 was worth losing a regular customer, especially when people are being tighter with their money, and businesses should be aware of that. I was not seeking special treatment; I asked you to make it right.
The best spa pedicure i’ve had in a very long time! Jenny did an amazing job, so relaxing and gentle. Jenny took her time, I did not feel rushed out of the chair as you do in so may other places. My bio gel fill done by Anna is perfect, Anna was meticulous about the shape & colour. Very gentle and accurate with the dremel tool. Absolutely no nicks or cuts, the dremel was never hot on my nail. ???????? I’m so pleased with my nails. Thank you ????
I booked a manicure acrylic reservation and had the owner do my nails. She was very friendly and worked efficiently. Pros: none of my nails broke or lifted, I got many compliments, and I will probably return. Cons: It wasn’t obvious but i didn’t feel like the sides of my nails were that neat, i’ve had better nail art done in the past (the ring finger has two snowflakes.
These ladies do my nails phenomenally. I go in, tell then what I want and I am always happy with the results! I would recommend this place to anyone whose looking for acrylics, biogel, manicures, pedicures and variety. Thank you Bliss for making me feel special ????
Best mani pedi I’ve had in a few years. The pedicure was fantastic: scrub, hot towel, hot stones, massage. They give you the works. My feet are always ultra calloused and my nails break a lot, but they were so kind and I didn’t feel embarrassed while they were working on me. Highly recommend and will be back.
My daughter's came in May 27th. My oldest sat in a chair for a total of 2hrs. All that was to be done was French tips hot pink. I don't know much about this stuff but shaping and tips don't take 2hrs. When she was getting her nails done apparently white is the new hot pink. I get French tips are generally white but when the CUSTOMER request a particular colour they should get what they ask and not be ridiculed for it over the length of her nails or shape and make the customer regardless of age make feel like she did something wrong. The "manager" proceeded to use an unacceptable tone at my daughter claiming she did not ask for hot pink when even my youngest who got hot pink told the woman as well. Terrible service and I apologize to customers in there but this is not a place she will be returning too.
Excellent pedicure! Popped in here last minute to fill time while waiting for a music lesson to end in the same plaza. They happily welcomed a walk in. The pedicure was so good - very relaxing using warm stones and warm towels. Very reasonable. Will return again! Thanks ladies!
