Let me tell you: it’s one the best massages I’ve ever had in my life, and I know what I’m talking about. I am a hairstylist and back pain issues are my best friends ???? So I’m getting deep tissue massages on a regular basis (at least once a month) for many years. I recently moved from Montreal to Vancouver and have been looking for a new massage place. I’m so happy I found this place! Wendy is very knowledgeable and professional, and has such a lovely personality and golden hands! ???? I can’t be happier and I strongly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a top notch body care ❤️

I booked in Sunday morning, on a whim, first time and couldn't have wished for a better experience. I had an amazing full body massage and reflexology treatment by Dana/Dayna. She was very polite and very good! The space was clean, cozy and fresh. I found their pricing extremely reasonable, like, I was surprised - especially for the quality of the treatments I received! I will definitely be going back, thank you Wendy and Dayna!

Went for the 1st time for foot reflexology and it was great experience. Had it for 50 mins and my feet felt light snd fresh after the massage.

This was the first, and DEFINITELY not the last time I'll visit Body and Sole. We booked, not having been here before, and our first experience was exception. The place was clean, and staff was polite and extremely good at what they do. I have seen RMT's before, Wendy was 5x better! If you like deep massage with pressure, Wendy and her crew takes care of business. Received full body massages and foot massages, and what we paid was a steal! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended, and looking forward to returning soon!
