My 17 year old daughter just had her makeup done for prom, by Antonella. We would not have had a better experience - Antonella is a sweetheart and excellent at makeup application. She listened to my daughter's preferences and gave the exact look we were hoping for. She explained every step and gave terrific advice. I highly recommend!

Took my 7 month old baby to get her ears pierced. Luckily, we got Alexis to pierce her ears. Alexis is so patient, kind, explained everything clearly, great with babies, and so empathetic with parents! She did the job in a few seconds and it went so well and baby’s ears turned out great! We were so lucky to have Alexis- if you have to get a piercing, book her! Thank you Alexis!

Antonella and the staff at the Mapleview location were phenomenal in helping my daughter overcome her worries and get her first ear piercings. They were extremely kind and patient throughout the entire process and they went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe. Would recommend them to anyone and really appreciate the level of care Antonella provided to help make this experience a very positive one. Thank you all again!

I brought my 4 month old daughter here on many recommendations to get her ears pierced. I spoke with Alexis over the phone and she was happy to answer all my questions. We scheduled her appointment at first thing in the morning the following day at Alexis’ recommendation to do earlier in the day as it is calmest in the mall. We arrived a bit early and Alexis gave us the earring selection to browse through even though the store wasn’t open yet. She was patient, kind, and precise and explained the entire procedure. The piercings were very quick, and my daughter cried for exactly 3 seconds and then was back to being happy and smiling. Very pleased with the experience and my daughter looks super cute! Highly recommend!

I brought my 3 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced a few days ago. Alexis was great with us. She explained everything clearly before as well as the after care. Everything was very clean and sterile. Alexis was pretty precise with the markings making sure they were even before piercing. When piercing she was very quick but gentle. My daughter looks super cute!

I brought my 4 year old in to get her ears pierced and Antonella took care of us explaining everything. My daughter is very shy and was of course nervous and Antonella was so gentle, kind and sweet to her. She told her everything she was doing before she did it making her feel comfortable. She was able to have another employee help with the piercing so that both ears could be done at the same time, which was perfect as I was worried once my daughter felt one ear she wouldn't want to do the other. I wish I had the name of the other employee as she was fantastic as well. Thank you Antonella, Mila loves her new pink earrings, I hope this review gets shared with you!!

I had my 18 month daughters ears pierced here by Antonella last weekend. She was amazing with my little one. I was soo nervous for my daughter so I asked if we could pierce both ears at the same time, and she was able to accommodate my request. Overall the experience was smooth and I am so happy I went to this location after reading such great reviews. I would highly recommend!
