I have mild scoliosis as well as postural issues and low bone mass. I have had chronic pain for years. I started a year and a half ago taking the osteoporosis class and I am amazed at the improvement in my strength, pain, and posture. I do two other classes each week. The yin class is relaxing and lovely, while giving the body a good stretch. The beginner class is great for strength as well as learning to incorporate breathing techniques into the practice. Dawn is kind, energetic, and fun. She encourages us constantly, but respects our individuality. Yoga is for everybody.
I had a great opportunity to do a yoga session with Dawn Condon last winter. I was a beginner in the mixed class of yogis and she made me feel very very welcome. I love how I was able to do the moves, and enjoy the relaxation techniques. At the end of the class I was literally falling asleep that is how amazing the classes are. I was so relaxed which was great as I did the class in the evening so it put me in a good frame of mind before bed. I also love the way she speaks during her classes as she has a very soft voice Guiding us through the techniques which put you into such a great frame of mind. Thank you Dawn for your charismatic leadership.
I have enjoyed Dawn's yoga classes for 10 years+ at Parkside and now at her studio. Dawn's knowledge, gentle approach and good humour make each class special. You come away from her class feeling both physically and mentally refreshed. Couldn't ask for a better yoga instructor!

Dawn has a knack for matching the ability of her participants with the level of instruction. Classes are small which enables her to give more personal attention to each student. There is a sense of comfort and well being at Connected Living not found in bigger studios. As an older male, weekend warrior, I have found that the increased flexibility has helped with my other activities.

I love Dawns yoga classes. They are for all people. Everyone is comfortable and welcome. The classes seem to work for all levels of yogis. The pass system is great as you can do as many classes or as few as your schedule dictates per week.
I was recovering from an injury when I discovered Dawn Condon’s Connected Living. Dawn’s care, concern and yoga classes got me back on track. Her understanding of the body structure and muscles enabled her to recommend postures and moves that specifically addressed my injuries to build my strength and flexibility.
