i decided to try this place to get my lashes done, and booked a fill for my nails while i was at it. my appointment was for 11:30 so i went in got my lashes done and then got my FILL that ended up taking THREE hours. they told me the nail design i wanted would be an extra $35 so i said okay whatever, this was before i knew how long he was gonna take. he took so long and i was exhausted and just wanted to go so i told him not to bother finishing my designs… he still charged me the full extra $35 which in my opinion is insane. fast forward about a week and a half now and the eyelashes are really bothering me and itching my eyes and so i brushed them hoping it would help and the eyelashes straight out all fell out on my inner eye and took my real eyelashes with it. i am now bald in one part of my eye. a lot of the eyelashes are clumped and glued together and just really seemed like she rushed it. from what i know from past lash techs is apparently your not supposed to put the extension on multiple lashes at once and that is exactly what she did and why they clumped and glued together. i ended up paying $170 for glued and clumped together eyelashes and a FILL that took literally 3 hours. i thought their prices were good so i wanted to give it a try, he did do a good job on the nails i will give him that but definitely not worth the getting in at 11:30 and not getting out till almost 4. never going back!

I got lash extensions done. I was nervous because i had bad experiences with other places but when leaving dazzle i was so happy. Rosie was so sweet and guided me through as well as accomplishing exactly what i asked for. When removing the set i had on already (at my request) she was so gentle. And throughout the rest i was comfortable. Everyone else was also friendly and welcoming. I found my new favourite salon!!!

Danny did my nails, he did a fantastic job, his precision and attention to detail are phenomenal! You’d never know they were not my natural nails! Would recommend him to everyone! Thanks Danny!

Made an appointment for a pedicure. Showed up on time and got seated within 5 minutes. So I was happy until I put my feet in cold water. Then got told I would have to wait a while before someone could do the pedicure. That's fine I understand it was busy but then maybe don't take walk ins when you are fully booked. Once the lady sat down and started my pedicure she was nice but I asked her if she could do a design on my big toe she said no I don't know how to do that only plain nails. Not even a simple flower? Everywhere I've been before can atleast do that. I left unsatisfied and still have calluses on my heels. She didn't do a good job at all. I will not return.

Both my mani & pedi staff were excellent - so pleased! Fast & efficient! The chair massage & simultaneous pedi massage were heavenly! Very clean salon!

I've been faithfully going to dazzle since they opened. Upon entering they make everyone feel welcome and try not to keep anyone waiting for too long. I've had many different styles of nails done and have never had a complaint. Thank you for being my go to place and making me feel so welcome. You are all Rockstars!
