Tried this place out after having my brows botched by a previous aesthetician and booked with Pavi. She identified all the concerns I had with my brows without even having to say anything and I followed her advice and have never been happier with my brows. I actually have to get my brows done less because I’ve stuck to her advice. Would recommend to anyone looking for threading!

I have been seeing Poonam on-and-off for the past 8 or so years, and haven't trusted anyone else with my brows. She provides such a welcoming and warm environment, and really treats you like gold. I moved to Calgary about a year ago and still only go to her for my brows -- she makes the 10 hour drive worth it!

I highly recommend this place! I was really unhappy with the last place I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I spent so much time online trying to find a place and worrying I would look like Groucho again. There were so many positive reviews about Poonam, so I booked with her. Not only are my eyebrows the perfect colour, but she told me she would work with me to improve the shape over time. As soon as she introduced herself, I realized she was one lovely person. It was such a positive experience spending time with her. She clearly takes her work seriously and loves what she does. And that twinkle in her eye....what a gem! Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I am so very grateful to have came across Poonam in my life. She is the only lady I allow to go near my eye brows. Incredibly kind, Very highly skilled and most definitely recommend 10/10

I love this place!! I would recommend it to everyone. Specially Poonam, since I met her I swear my life has changed and my face too. I would highly recommend! She is not only the sweetest and most caring person but also super detailed in her work and she always does it with so much love and the results are always perfect.

Average experience for high prices. Been going here for years and while the staff is pleasant, the finished product does not match the price. I realized this trying a new salon after nearly 5 years of going here. Threading and tint cost over $30 (new salon it cost $25) I sometimes ask for the dye to stay on longer as it fades SO quickly for the price. The first few days my brows are noticeably darker (not in a good way) but I deal with it for a week of nicely tinted brows once it fades. At my new salon the tint immediately appears natural and has now stayed the same after a week. The dye at Dona Lucia is black/dark brown whereas the dye at my new salon is white….maybe they should use a different product. Or maybe they use what they have so it keeps you coming back sooner because it fades so fast. One time they also cut my brow during threading and offered 20% off….which barely covered the tip. Genuinely sad to part ways with this salon but I’ll take quality over comfort.

Poonam does my eyebrows wonderfully each time. She’s also very sweet. I trust Michelle with my Brazilian. Everyone is welcoming, the prices are reasonable and they are very very fast (Brazilian done in 15 min !) and efficient.

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for about two months now by Poonam and have already started to see some regrowth in areas that were sparse. She is a wonderful lady and very knowledgable and has helped reshape my eyebrows to perfection. Highly recommend!
