I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is so calming and welcoming. Lucie is the sweetest person ever she’s so warm and genuinely caring. My aesthetician (Valeria) is thee best she’s beyond amazing, so professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. She does my Brazilian with such care.I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. The service here is consistently excellent, and you can really tell they love what they do. this is the place to go! My friends are and I (4 of us) always book our Brazilian at aesthetics by Lucie with Valeria.

I'd heard nice things about this place and really wanted to like it. I booked a brazilian wax with Lucie while my regular esthetician was on vacation. Lucie was very friendly and funny which was nice. That's what I am giving the 2 stars for. Unfortunately, I was very uncomfortable during the waxing service itself as I was in a very unusual position for an entire 30 minutes! I left in pain and have never gone back. Lucie, please update your brazilian waxing technique to make your customers more comfortable.

i have very sensitive skin and so it is always very hard for me to find a good place to go to. Sapana was so amazing. She did a great job and was super patient with me! I definitely recommend going here and they also accommodate the time you need. Honestly I came here because it was beside work but now I will only be doing my waxing and threading here.

Lucie and her team are the best in Ottawa. No matter who you are, Lucie approaches you with respect and nurtures your needs. I cannot tell you how many times Lucie has accommodated my appointments; and she is extremely patient when I need to make sudden changes. The most amazing part of seeing Lucie is how she remembers everything about me/events occurring in my life. She is always the first to ask how everything is going and makes you feel at home in her cozy studio.

I have been coming to Lucie for almost 2 years now, and have such an amazing experience every time i come in. Getting waxed can be an uncomfortable feeling, but Lucie always makes sure I am fully comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. She always has a smile on her face, and cares deeply about her customers. I have been recommending her to all of my friends and each one of them can say the same as me, the environment is lovely. I had my first waxing appointment with Valeria, and it was fantastic. She took time to explain the process, recommend products that are working well for me, and ensure I wasn't allergic to anything. The waxing was painless, unlike my previous experiences, and I highly recommend Valeria. The place is very clean, and everyone is welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and every time I’m here the women make my experience quick and painless! Sapana does my brows and she’s so so talented. Valeria makes getting waxed so quick and painless. Overall best brow and waxing service I have ever had.
