Alinsa is the best! I've been getting my nails done by her for a while and she always does such a great job. She is patient and a great attention to detail which is always so appreciated! The staff is super friendly and the location is perfect. I always enjoy my time there :)

I’ve tried Flo a few times now as the location is super convenient! I LOVE how clean my nails look after going there. My manicure always looks great, every aspect of it; cuticles, nail art, shape! Shout out to Hanna for the last few sets, she’s lovely and very talented ???? I would 100% recommend her to friends, and I have! My 2 hiccups have been price + the overall work environment. It’s just so dang expensive sometimes (which I can get over sometimes) but I find that some of the staff can be unprofessional. I’ve heard them chatting about each other and clients on occasion or they can come off quite cold/upset. Overall happy with the service Flo provides. I’d go back on occasion as needed.

FLO has been my top choice for nails and hair removal for almost four years now. Every time I have an appointment, I am fully satisfied with my time. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Lydia is an incredible nail tech and always makes my nails look and feel incredible.

I had received a certificate from my boyfriend who won it in a raffle, and i decided to give them a chance. I had booked an appointment with natalie. I walked in running a little bit late due to the drive and finding parking. I was greeted disrespectfully with “are you jessica? your late i was about to order food”. I apologized for being late as i’m not very familiar with the area. I was told i couldn’t do a pedicure as she didn’t have time. I told her i had an acrylic overlay and needed it removed and she filled my nails down with a drill and didn’t take it off with the acetone and foils which severely damaged my nails. I had picked a simple colour with some glitter and i got the complete opposite of what i asked for. My nails were all different shapes , i had nail polish in my cuticles and i had mentioned twice that she missed a spot while she was talking amongst co-workers and replied “good eye” .After it came down to giving my certificate i was told i would owe money. Luckily the other girl working in there said she was incorrect and said my total. My certificate was valid for 70$ and my total came to 64$. i had to go get my nails redone the following day as i was super unimpressed. It was my first time here and i most definitely won’t be returning. I felt like my service was rushed and sloppy because i had a certificate instead of cash. For a place that’s is that nice on the inside you would expect a decent service. the first photo was the inspo, the second two photos were what i received from flo and the third picture was my nails after i got them redone. 64$ is outrageous for what i got!!!!!!! so disappointed

Cannot recommend Flo enough! The salon is always clean, they have a wide selection of both OPI and CND polishes, aestheticians are friendly and professional, and I am constantly impressed by their services. There is nowhere I'd rather go for my shellac manicures/pedicures, and eyebrow waxing!

I love this place. I’ve been coming for quite a while and no one in Hamilton does my nails as well as Alinsa does! She’s so kind and fun and always helps me choose colours that I love. I’m a big fan!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

5/5 for the quality of service! The only downside is that management seriously needs to consider hiring a receptionist. The phone is never answered and I tried and failed several times to buy gift certificates. It is unfair to expect the excellent nail techs to tend to reception while serving clients.
