I had an amazing waxing experience today with Simran! She did an absolutely fantastic job. Her technique was so gentle that I barely felt any pain. She is extremely skilled, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I’m truly impressed with her work, and I can confidently say this was one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place for all my future waxing needs. Been coming here for threading. While the pricing is not bad, I find it frustrating that despite dropping by during the store’s opening hours, there’s been times where it’s completely dark and closed when I get there. I went to a different salon because of this.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the service is always wonderful. They make the wait times as short as possible and are super helpful and nice. Simran especially her customer service is superb!! I will definitely keep coming here!

I've been a loyal customer of your salon for some time now, and I've always been impressed by your excellent services, reasonable prices, and wonderful customer service. However, I recently encountered an issue with one of your new employees that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. On two separate occasions, I've interacted with this employee, and unfortunately, I found her to be a bit rude. Today, for instance, I arrived at the salon around 4:45 PM and noticed that she was already attending to another client. I patiently waited until she finished, and when she became available at 4:55 PM, I politely requested to have my eyebrows and upper lip done. However, her response was rather curt, stating that she didn't have time as the salon was closing at 5 PM. While I understand that I was late, and I'm sorry for that. But it was the way she spoke to me that made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn't aware of the Saturday timings, so it's my fault for not checking." , it was the tone in which she responded that left me feeling uncomfortable. I believe that a little politeness and professionalism in her interactions with clients would go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for everyone. I want to clarify that my feedback doesn't reflect my overall satisfaction with your salon or your team, who have been fantastic. I appreciate your services and commitment to a welcoming environment. I used to go here for about 2 years now to get my eyebrows done. The first year it was always great, top notch service and the result was great too. The price was unbeatable at $5. But recently it’s been horrible!! The older lady there rushes it for no reason. There is no one waiting but she finishes in 2 min, I actually timed it once. My eyebrows were uneven, there were strays left behind and she didn’t even wipe off the hair. It felt like she wanted me out of there ASAP. And this was not just once, this happened the past 4 times I went there. And to add to that, they increased the price, which is totally fair in this economy, but my issue is that the service has gotten so bad. Use to rave about this place but not anymore.

Raman at Geeta Salon is simply amazing! I always go to her because her services are exceptional. Whether I need a haircut, color, or any other treatment, she handles everything with such care and precision. Her skills are top-notch, and she always knows exactly how to make me look and feel my best. What I love most about Raman is her attention to detail. She listens to what I want and offers great suggestions to ensure the best results. Every time I leave the salon, I feel refreshed and confident. Raman is also incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She has a warm and welcoming personality that makes every visit enjoyable. Plus, the atmosphere at Geeta Salon is always clean and inviting. If you're looking for a fantastic stylist who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Raman. She’s the best, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else :)

Incredible prices and service for threading - only $12 for eyebrows, lip, and chin. They can always see me with little to no wait time even when I just pop in. If you have sensitive skin maybe avoid the soothing gel they give you afterwards, but that's not a fault of theirs. Zero complaints! Easy and as painless as possible :)
