Very happy with my experience at Hand and Stone. I’ve been a member with them for a few years now and throughout the years I’ve had many good RMT’s. The RMT I was really pleased with is Anne F. She really knows what she’s doing throughout the entire massage, shows massage etiquette and her pressure is perfect! My body always feels so great that day and the following days.

John was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely at ease. He truly has a gift for knowing exactly where to focus, relieving all my tension and leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The entire experience was both soothing and therapeutic. I couldn’t recommend John enough—he’s definitely one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. Five stars all the way!

I had a service that would expire after a period of time. I asked multiple times if it was used and I was assured it was. Later I found out they were not used. I tried to make it right but I ended up loosing one of the servers despite being told I’d get a call back and no one ever calls. I was given one opportunity to use it. I got very sick and couldn’t go that day without spreading the virus. I was told it’s too bad. If you like to have your money taken this is the place to go. 5 years of regular patronage means nothing to this business.

My husband and I always have a great experience at this location. Sarah, the Spa Associate, was wonderful. We really appreciated her support, hospitality, and kindness. In our experience all of the front desk receptionists have been very welcoming and helpful. We are looking forward to rebooking in the future!

Ali has been my RMT at Hand & Stone in Burlington for years now. Hard to see anyone else because he’s that good! He is very professional, and his techniques are amazing. I always leave there relaxed and with my muscle tension/pain relieved every time. He is super friendly and respectful. Hand & Stone is very clean, professional, and they have a nice calm ambiance. I had a massage here a few months ago and got a free facial consultation. The facial lady told me I will have premature wrinkles when I am older and told me the only reason I don’t have more wrinkles now is because of my age. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back for a massage or a facial ever again. Rating 2 stars because the massage was still good.

Haven’t had a massage for some time. Their monthly membership and perks of member rates on added purchases are AMAZING! Burlington location is very kind, on time, very clean! The have the option to request a “quiet-no talking massage”. Thought that was a great option. Also they have this muscle/arthritis topical called Stop Pain that works wonders!!!
