"Lovely place, my relaxation massage was wonderful. Room was cold so I asked Patty for a heating pad and she gave me an extra blanket which did the trick. Then I had a wonderful pedicure my toes look fantastic. I Highly recommend the spa"

One said “we don’t book our appointments on line, you made that mistake”, the other said “we charge a deposit for services so there’s no way you have an appointment with us”. "I have to say it was a wonderful experience for me and my husband. My husband used to afraid to go for massage since he’s very sensitive to pain, but he felt very relaxing this time. Both of our massage therapists were awesome, and the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. I will definitely go back to try their another service next time."

"I actually bought my wife a reg massage and mani, pedi for Christmas. After arriving she was told her apt was at 2 and she had a confirmed email saying 1 so she was stuck waiting a hr for her massage ... she then got her massage in a freezing room and the oil was freezing going on .... the massage was not good at all the whole experience I was hoping for her to have was ruined. Her cuticles on her feet had just as much nail polish as her nails did....then my wife asked about claiming her registered massage for her work benefits and they told her no because it was with a gift card... I said yes to the registered massage cause we planned to claim it.... I never called back to complain I just want others to know. I figured the spa of ancaster was going to be the best for her ....fail????"

"Had an hour massage and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had! I always get knots in my shoulders/back and it was the best combination of deep tissue to work out the knots, and enjoyable gentle massage to feel relaxed. I’ve never had a bad massage elsewhere, but I’ve never had one as good as the one I had today at the Ancaster spa! Totally coming back!"

"I had a service that would expire after a period of time. I asked multiple times if it was used and I was assured it was. Later I found out they were not used. I tried to make it right but I ended up loosing one of the servers despite being told I’d get a call back and no one ever calls. I was given one opportunity to use it. I got very sick and couldn’t go that day without spreading the virus. I was told it’s too bad. If you like to have your money taken this is the place to go. 5 years of regular patronage means nothing to this business."

"I had a massage here a few months ago and got a free facial consultation. The facial lady told me I will have premature wrinkles when I am older and told me the only reason I don’t have more wrinkles now is because of my age. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back for a massage or a facial ever again. Rating 2 stars because the massage was still good."

"Haven’t had a massage for some time. Their monthly membership and perks of member rates on added purchases are AMAZING! Burlington location is very kind, on time, very clean! The have the option to request a “quiet-no talking massage”. Thought that was a great option. Also they have this muscle/arthritis topical called Stop Pain that works wonders!!!"

"how hard is it to do a normal pedicure with colour? apparently really hard. I paid $35 plus tax for this horrible pedicure job and they said it included hot stone but it didn’t even do it. They did a hot stone on my calves for 20 seconds and that’s it. I used to love this place and they’d do hot stone on your feet and do a great job but not anymore. They still charged me"

"Went in for a regular French manicure today, the first staff couldn’t get it right, so I asked to get it done again. The owner/manager said she’d do mine, she tried to layer on top of what was already messed up. When I tried to correct her, she got annoyed and asked me what did I want exactly? I told her I just needed a neat/clean finished look. So she removed and re did the whole thing. The pictures are post the whole thing. I did get a French manicure in the end, but a very shabby one; they didn’t even bother to clean up my fingers/under the nails and cuticles weren’t even cut properly. So I just gave up and left."

"Beautiful interior but ok service. I booked full set acrylics and eyebrows waxing. The girl who did both for me was a tiny bit rude and had an attitude, but she was quite fast in her work. She did my eyebrows in no time which was nice, she did them very well. And she started on my nails and I noticed that she wasn't being very neat in a hurry. This was my first time there and in the past, wherever I have gone for my nails, they have done muchhhh neater job. They also have cuticle cutting etc included in the standard price unlike this place. I was told it would be $10 extra. Overall I spent $75 plus tax. I would be hesitant to go back next as I like my nails very neat cuz I'm paying quite a bit and want it to be worth it."

"Went in for a change of shellac and a pedicure for my birthday. The lady that attended to me, Jolie (cos that’s the name I booked online) was totally rude and insulting. She called me an idiot in her language, thanks to Google translate and was visibly rude just because I did not understand her explanation about biogel being a “fake nail”. The entire interaction was totally heartbreaking because all I did was not understand why my visible nails were being called a fake nail that needed a refill. When the manager was trying to explain to me, the Jolie got up, hissed and insulted me. I left without doing anything to my nails cos the environment was so hostile.What a way to start my birthday weekend."
