Poor experience. I feel the exact same as I did before the massage. I had Greg as my masseuse. Spent 10 minutes explaining that I need a deep tissue massage only for my left trap and left shoulder. Visited strictly for this. Have had sever tightness for a few months now. Out of a 50 minute massage. I had about 5 minutes spent on my left trap. 0 work on my left shoulder. He massaged my back the whole time. Literally feels like a waste of money. My shoulder and trap literally feel the same as before my massage. Really upsetting especially since I took time out of my massage to explain exactly what I needed.

Had a deep tissue massage today with Jessica. OMG, it totally did the job. My back feels so much better. Jessica was very professional and friendly. A thanks also to Mag at the front desk who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their product lines. Thanks for your guidance and helping me with my product purchase. My RMT was amazing, but don't arrive 4 minutes late! They will cut your 80 minute massage by 20 minutes and blame it on being 4 minutes late. I paid $200 for an 80 minute massage and got a 60 minute massage because I was 4 MINUTES LATE! Unbelievable. I will not return. Unfortunately this is not reflective of the RMT who did a good job, but walked out before my my appointment was to end without an explanation.

Lovely place, the staff are always helpful. And the RMTs are fantastic at what they do. I had done a facial here as well and I really loved the experience and the care they took to remove my extractions ????. I haven't tried the laser hair removal. But I would love to get it done. They have great deals as well.

I recently visited Hand & Stone for a facial, with my main concerns being hydration and hyperpigmentation. During the treatment, the esthetician applied a very strong AHA/BHA product. As soon as it was applied, I expressed that it was burning, but she responded by saying, “It’s not burning, it just feels like pins and needles.” Despite my discomfort, the product was not removed. While my skin initially looked good at the end of the facial, within a few hours I noticed visible burns, hives, and bumps forming on my face, along with significant peeling. It became clear that my skin barrier had been severely compromised. When I contacted Hand & Stone about the reaction, I was advised to return for a follow-up with the same esthetician. However, I didn’t feel comfortable seeing the person who had caused the damage in the first place. What’s most concerning is that they had conducted a thorough intake of my skincare routine beforehand, which included chemical exfoliants. Given that, I’m confused as to how this strong treatment was still deemed appropriate for my skin. Considering the cost of the facial—over $175—the experience was incredibly disappointing. I would caution others to seek services elsewhere

Hands down the worst Himalayan salt stone massage I’ve gotten by Jennifer. She grazed my skin while listening to a podcast or music loudly on her headphones. I asked for more pressure and was told she couldn’t as she couldn’t get a feel of what was happening in my muscles with these stones. I’ve had many many Himalayan salt stone massages but this was hands down NOT worth what I paid for. I won’t be back.

First time getting a hot stone massage. I had an amazing experience, it is very relaxing.The place is nice and very clean I recommend Jessica, she did an excellent job. Receptionists are very welcoming!♥️♥️
