This was my first time and I had a gift card so I thought might aswell. Recently I pulled my back working out and I read the reviews before booking and this location had the best reviews. I was booked with RMT Manjit, I knew exactly that moment I was going to have a good experience because of the reviews I read prior to booking. My first impression, the ambience was so relaxing and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She had asked if I have any areas that I needed her to focus on. Once I explained she showed me a consent form for certain areas of the body if I was okay with it such as working close to the glutes, inner thighs and chest. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that they had this form because I read and heard so many scary reviews of what other massage places do. As soon as we started treatment I felt so relieved. Manjit was so knowledgeable of how to massage and relax my tense muscles. She was educating me along the way and also asking me if I am okay. She respected the fact I wanted a quiet session and she was so kind! I left feeling so light and relaxed and happy. I booked back with Manjit because she’s just THAT GOOD. my neck and shoulders feel so much better. I highly recommend Manjit and this salons location for any services.

For years my work-place has been suggesting that I use our benefits which include massage therapy, and I just never looked into it, until recently when I started having a lot of upper back aches and pains. I booked an appointment at H&S Vaughan West location, and went to my first ever massage. The RMT was Anna, and she did an amazing job, and she even soldiered through my request for mentholated oil (it was a custom option, but honestly it helped a lot) which in retrospect may have been overkill for her (sorry ????) . Thankfully they made my experience positive (I felt so awkward about it at first) but I definitely see myself making use of this benefit more, and booking with Anna again.

I have been going to the Hwy 27, Woodbridge West, location since last year for massages and started doing the facials after receiving a gift card for my birthday. I really like this location, all the staff here are professional and wonderful! This visit enjoyed a relaxing and sensational rejuvenation facial with Eydrisse. I like that the estheticians do not try to up sell you on products or procedures and each follow a noted clinic routine based on my skin type and concerns (aging) and my established home routine. They give suggestions and samples for products and ingredients that could improve skin based on my concerns. I have sensitive skin and all the products used in the facial process are gentle, clean and make my skin glow for days afterwards. The estheticians, I usually see Hana and now I have seen Eydrisse both are sweet, professional and very accommodating to my personalized needs. I look forward to my skin treatments every 6-8 weeks and I can see a noticeable difference in my skin texture and quality (I have now had 3 treatments). I highly recommend the facials (and the massages) it is a nice relaxing way to take care of your skin!

All though I found the front desk staff a little distant ( no smile and heard to read) , and one lady was having what sounded like a personal conversation right at the front desk , Dan the gentlemen that did my massage was excellent, professional, knowledgeable therefore I left the spa feeling so much better !

I have been coming to Hand and Stone in Vaughan for a few years now and most recently have been receiving my services from massage therapist, Valentin. I have only had positive experiences, whether it be for a routine massage for relaxation or to treat a problem area. Valentin is attentive, thorough and personable. I always feel like I am walking on a cloud when i leave!!

Found this place on google maps and what a great decision this was. Very friendly staff, welcoming and calm environment. Valentin Maltsev provided the best massage I've had, knows how to target muscle pain very well and made me feel incredible afterwards, revitalized my day. Highly recommend his services and will definitely be back!

This was my first time and Hand and Stone in Vaughan and it was great! Warm, welcoming and clean. Valentin was very good and I enjoyed the massage!
