"I was fortunate enough to have an amazing massage with Liam. I loved the heated massage bed and the fact that the bed adjusted. Liam used shoulder pillows which were so comfortable. Liam provided meticulous service with a lot of care for the outcome of my experience. The spa provided some great delicious snakcs post massage in the waiting area. Snack breads, nuts, tea and mocktails. The ladies change-room has a nice sauna and steam room. Fully equipped with blowdryers, hair products, razors and hair ties. They provide lockers, robes and sandals."

"First time here at this spa and from stepping foot into the spa and to leaving, absolute 10/10 experience. The staff were all so friendly and kind. Me and my husband came for the 50 min swedish massage, we got the same room together which was great. Our therapists were Catherine K and Nina T. Both were so friendly and the customer service provided was just fantastic. You can come before hand and utilize the steam room and sauna. "Came here for a massage. All of the staff are so nice! Everyone is welcoming and very friendly, especially the cleaning crew they are truly the best ???? The stars are being knocked off for the actual facility itself. The spa is tired and dated. It truly needs a renovation to modernize the lounge, change room, treatment rooms etc. The spa looks the exact same as when I used to visit back in 2011 which is disappointing given the tough spa competition in the area at Pac Rim."

"I had the most amazing facial with Jeselene! She was knowledgeable and professional. The facial itself was relaxing and my skin felt great after! Love the adjustable beds so you are not lying flat on your back as well. The spa atmosphere was overall good but you could hear quite a bit of banging coming from the hall way which did take away for the experience a little bit."

"Luxury spa located in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Arrive early before your appointment to use their lounge. They have tea, coffee, and dried snacks. I received a manicure from Jean, the head manager of facial and nail department. Their nail colour selection is great. Although my nails did not cure properly, Jean called me personally to invite me back for a new set. I really appreciated this valuable customer service and how this issue was rectified. Ruby did my new set and she was lovely - very kind, meticulous, and thorough. I want to give praise to the dark skinned receptionist with short hair (Sorry, I could not get her name). She was extremely friendly and genuine from when she called me to confirm my appointment to when she took my payment. Overall, a high-class establishment with stellar customer service. I would recommend this place and will come back for facial treatment."

"I had a really good time, I went with my boyfriend because you can spend the money for the insurance with the massage. It was wonderful!! Mark and Megan were fabulous. My boyfriend fell asleep ???? and I was enjoying the 50-minutes massage. The sauna is in the washroom. It is small but smells good. The location is pretty, and it has a European design."

After losing the email with the gift card details, I reached out for assistance, expecting a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, the General Manager I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also extremely condescending. Customer service should be at the heart of any business, especially in a hospitality-focused industry like a spa. I hope this review serves as a reminder that people deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism, regardless of the situation."

"Since it's new location moving from downstairs to upstairs in the Lonsdale Quay, it is a lot more peaceful and tucked away. While there was still exterior noises from the market, it was faint in the distance since most the traffic is downstairs and it did not bother me as I was too busy getting one of the best half hour massages I've had in awhile! The pricing is more than fair in fact an outstanding deal for the expertise and professionalism you're paying for. I booked online, fast and simple. Tomo greeted me by name with a smile and helped me with my jacket and personal belongings. It was exceptionally clean and they do a great job at making it tranquil inside with soft lights and the right volume of relaxing music. The massage tables are spaced out properly much space between other clients and once you're face down on the table it really won't make a difference regardless of other cliental being there. I will certainly be coming back and a big thank you to the wonderful staff at this clinic!"

"Website says they closed at 7 today. Got there at 5:30. Stood for a minute deciding how long we wanted the massage for. Finally we decided on 30 minutes and asked if they had time for two of us. The shook their heads and said no they were closed. First off, they shouldn’t be closing 1.5 hours early. Also they should have said something right away instead of just watching us. Won’t be going back."

I was booked with RMT Manjit, I knew exactly that moment I was going to have a good experience because of the reviews I read prior to booking. My first impression, the ambience was so relaxing and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She had asked if I have any areas that I needed her to focus on. Once I explained she showed me a consent form for certain areas of the body if I was okay with it such as working close to the glutes, inner thighs and chest. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that they had this form because I read and heard so many scary reviews of what other massage places do. As soon as we started treatment I felt so relieved. Manjit was so knowledgeable of how to massage and relax my tense muscles. She was educating me along the way and also asking me if I am okay. She respected the fact I wanted a quiet session and she was so kind! I left feeling so light and relaxed and happy. I booked back with Manjit because she’s just THAT GOOD. my neck and shoulders feel so much better. I highly recommend Manjit and this salons location for any services."

I booked an appointment at H&S Vaughan West location, and went to my first ever massage. The RMT was Anna, and she did an amazing job, and she even soldiered through my request for mentholated oil (it was a custom option, but honestly it helped a lot) which in retrospect may have been overkill for her (sorry ????) . Thankfully they made my experience positive (I felt so awkward about it at first) but I definitely see myself making use of this benefit more, and booking with Anna again."

"I have been going to the Hwy 27, Woodbridge West, location since last year for massages and started doing the facials after receiving a gift card for my birthday. I really like this location, all the staff here are professional and wonderful! This visit enjoyed a relaxing and sensational rejuvenation facial with Eydrisse. I like that the estheticians do not try to up sell you on products or procedures and each follow a noted clinic routine based on my skin type and concerns (aging) and my established home routine. They give suggestions and samples for products and ingredients that could improve skin based on my concerns. I have sensitive skin and all the products used in the facial process are gentle, clean and make my skin glow for days afterwards. The estheticians, I usually see Hana and now I have seen Eydrisse both are sweet, professional and very accommodating to my personalized needs. I look forward to my skin treatments every 6-8 weeks and I can see a noticeable difference in my skin texture and quality (I have now had 3 treatments). I highly recommend the facials (and the massages) it is a nice relaxing way to take care of your skin!"
