I love coming to this particular Hand and Stone location. The entire team is kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable and provided great guidance on my treatment options. Wendy, RMT, is exceptional—just one session with her can leave you feeling so much better. Tabby is a fantastic aesthetician who instantly puts you at ease during your treatments. I highly recommend trying a service here—you won’t be disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this spa. I booked my appointment well in advance and even rearranged my schedule to ensure I could make it. However, this is now the second time my appointment with RMT Toni-Lee has been cancelled in the past month, this time with less than 24 hours’ notice. This lack of consideration for my time is disappointing, and there has been no effort to make up for the inconvenience besides asking me to reschedule... again. It’s really disheartening when a business doesn’t show respect for its clients or their time, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their reliability. I am leaving this review after the second time my appointment has been cancelled in the past month with the same RMT. I was very understanding and rebooked myself the first time, only to have that appointment cancelled again.

I have had back pain for YEARS and I’ve been trying different therapists. Corrine is the first therapist that actually worked out the pain and it’s been a month without even a reoccurrence. Their membership program is also very flexible and can be used for massage or facial!!
