"I am extremely disappointed with the service at this spa. I booked my appointment well in advance and even rearranged my schedule to ensure I could make it. However, this is now the second time my appointment with RMT Toni-Lee has been cancelled in the past month, this time with less than 24 hours’ notice. This lack of consideration for my time is disappointing, and there has been no effort to make up for the inconvenience besides asking me to reschedule... again. It’s really disheartening when a business doesn’t show respect for its clients or their time, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their reliability. I am leaving this review after the second time my appointment has been cancelled in the past month with the same RMT. I was very understanding and rebooked myself the first time, only to have that appointment cancelled again."

"I’ve been a long time client at Simply the best and there is a reason for that! It works! In my younger years, I would use it as “maintenance” a couple times a year and drop 6-7lbs in 10 days. Currently, I am using it to improve my odds with fertility. My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for almost a year. I’ve had many treatments and have never been able to creat more than 7 follicles ( the norm is 15-20).
