Spent the whole day at the spa, and overall, my first experience was great. The staff were very polite, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. The massage therapist, hairstylist, nail technician, and esthetician were all lovely people—it was a pleasure interacting with them☺️ I was completely satisfied with everything except the manicure, specifically the polish application. I didn’t notice at first, but once I got home, I saw that the polish wasn’t applied very well. For the price, I think it would be better to offer gel polish instead, as regular polish chips quickly and doesn’t last. Overall, I had a positive experience, but the manicure was a bit disappointing.

Madison (receptionist) is probably the friendliest/most welcoming front of desk person I have ever met. She is excellent and always makes me feel special. I really cannot tell you how nice it is that someone always seems to be in a good mood, even through her emails! The rest of the day, only got better, as I received excellent care from the other staff for my Tropical Escape retreat.

My husband booked me and my sister a spa day for my birthday which entailed a massage for myself, a body scrub for my sister and pedicures for both. The pedicure session was nice for both of us. However, the massage for myself didn’t feel relaxing and I could tell proper techniques weren’t used as I do often get massages. I actually had a bruise on my leg that kept getting pressed on despite me telling my therapist that it hurts, which resulted in my bruise hurting me more than it did before the massage. As for the body scrub my sister got, it felt rushed and not thorough enough for the service she was expecting. I have to say for the amount you pay for, you might be disappointed, as we were. The therapists were both very nice, but we unfortunately didn’t receive the service and experience we were excited for.

I had an amazing experience at the spa! I called to make an appointment and Mandi/Mandy helped me out. I had signed up to get a pedicure done with my sis-in-law. The space was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so sweet. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Brenay completed my pedicure and was amazing - she was very attentive and was very sweet! I would highly recommend her! ???????? I wish I had signed up for more and will be going back here again!

Sam gave me an incredible 80 min massage that really alleviated significant pain and tension I was experiencing all over my body. He definitely knows his stuff as a RMT. The ambiance is very pleasant and relaxing and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is the lack of parking (no free parking and mostly paid street parking,) but that's common for downtown and the market area. 10/10 will be back.

I had an amazing massage experience with Brianna Vincent. First, she asked me about my lifestyle and then she patiently explained the process. She had already read my profile and remembered all the details. The Massage was so calming and curing. I felt that all my back pain was going away. I felt like I was walking on the air after the massage. I have already booked my next appointment and can't wait to have another amazing experience.

Brittany did a great job on my massage. We went in for a couples massage and came out relaxed ????. It was a bit busy when we first arrived but overall a nice place to get pampered. They had a great 'quiet' area where you could sit and relax. Some of the ladies provided good customer service while others not so much. I think this spa could definitely benefit with having all staff provide top notch service, especially if they want to be rated a 5 star spa experience. Overall experience was good.

Best spa in Ottawa by far! I had the most wonderful experience at this spa, and I just had to share my gratitude! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated with such warmth and kindness, making me feel like royalty. It was the perfect way to celebrate my 40th birthday. I enjoyed the Holtz Signature Facial, which was absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait to book my next one! After that, I had a pedicure with Becca, who was not only incredibly sweet but also did an impeccable job on my feet and toes. Our conversation was such a highlight of my visit, and I felt so cared for. The reception desk staff was equally lovely—so friendly and welcoming. The level of care and attention to detail overwhelmed me in the best possible way. I honestly felt so special, and it brought me to tears. It’s been far too long since I treated myself, and the team really reminded me how important it is to take time for self-care. Their kindness touched me deeply, especially on that day, and I feel like I grew as a person simply from those uplifting words and the entire experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you to everyone who made my day so special—you truly made me feel like a queen.
