Today I had a 30 minute session with one of the staff members there and she managed to release the tension from my neck, shoulders and head. I am so glad that she helped me ease the strain of my upper body. She was very helpful and friendly. She even gave me advice on preventing shoulder and neck strain. I would recommend anyone to try it out and ask them who has the strongest hands. The stronger their hands and arms work on your pressure points; the better it is for you.

Asked multiple times for the person to give a very very soft massage and every time when I asked this about 1 minute later person giving the massage ignored my request and went back to whatever they are more used to doing. I was unable to stand 15 minutes of this person doing the massage. I paid and left in the middle the time remaining and left unsatisfied.

I was a regular client at Japanese Shiatsu Clinic until I moved out of the city. I have never visited the clinic for a specific concern. Just for a relaxation massage. And Yusuke is a master in this craft! I highly recomend a session from him for anyone looking for getting away from all the stress of the day and feeling super light.

I want to share my massage experience. Even though the session was only 15 minutes, it was amazing. Master Yusuke is truly a magician. I highly recommend it! 5+

This is the only massage that helps with my back pain. The staff is awesome as well. If you are looking for quiet, this is not the best place though. It is kinda loud because of the people shopping.

I love getting a massage here, it's less expensive than massage therapy and they have lots more availability. It's very relaxing even though it's at the mall, and I like shiatsu because they massage over your clothes, which is great for me because I am allergic to most massage oils. I usually book with Kimiko because she is very kind and does a great job.

This place has been my go to. I have a very hard time getting appointments with an RMT due to being so remote. The Shiatsu clinic has always been there for me. I can walk in and usually get a spot. Very friendly staff. They do great work. You feel a lot better after a session with them.

I have been here a number of times and like every massage place or hair place for that matter it all depends on who you get. There was a young man named Zippo who worked there and was great, but he left.I find it's a bit the luck of the draw,
