I never had a massage before and wasn’t sure which place should I go to. Took a chance with the spa, and I can definitely say it was a good decision. The place is so quiet and relaxing, I almost fell asleep 2 times during the session. The therapist is nice and friendly, I was nervous at first, but it all turned out way better than expected. I definitely recommend the place.

I went for my first massage and oh man…..I have never felt this relaxed!!!!! Em was incredibly professional and went above and beyond for me. She made me feel comfortable and open enough to voice my concerns. I didn’t feel awkward at all!!!! I was actually quite surprised at how much I relaxed because I haven’t been this calm in weeks (I’m planning a wedding lol). I was really insecure about my posture because it had worsened over the past few months but today it’s DEFINITELY improved!!! I’m shook. I’ve gotten massages in the past where I wasn’t quite satisfied but Em definitely changed my perspective and I’m ONLY coming to her from now on. The prices are SOOOOO GREAT and the spa itself is so clean and beautifully decorated (this definitely matters to me). If you need a sign to come to Jay & Em, LET THIS BE THE SIGN!!!

It was an incredible experience, i booked a couple massage and jay &em has given us amazing massage and I must say they are great at what they does and makes sure that you are comfortable at all times.
