The clinic was spotless, with a welcoming vibe, and most of the staff were incredibly attentive. My treatment was done by Naz, who was a true professional. She took the time to ask about my skin concerns, and her warm, friendly manner instantly put me at ease. My skin felt amazing afterward—I even joked that she should move to the UK so I could see her every month! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch skincare.

The clinic is beautiful, clean, bright, and calming! For both my Hydrafacials so far, they felt closer to a peaceful spa treatment (with the medical skin benefits!) rather than a doctor's appointment like other medical skin clinics, and I love that so the experience really feels like self care. The entire team is kind and generous with their expert skin and product knowledge. And of course love my results so far on my skin from both the treatments and their product recommendations! Bonus points for cozy blankets on the treatment beds and the best relaxing instrumental playlists

I had a wonderful experience at Kerrisdale Medical Clinic! I was treated by Naz, one of the nicest estheticians I've ever met. She was incredibly patient, allowing me to take my time during the laser hair removal treatment, as my pain tolerance is quite low. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience even better, and she did an amazing job! I would love to try a Hydrofacial with her; her hands have a calming touch. Thank you, Kerrisdale, for having such an amazing esthetician like Naz!

I was looking into doing a treatment to lighten my pigmentation. During the process, I knew exactly what was happening because the aesthetician explained it well. The only part I had a bit of concern was smelling my face hair being burnt from the laser. I learned it was a normal side effect and I wasn’t hurt so that was fine by me. After the treatment, I felt my face was brighter and was pleased with the result. I just waited for about a week for the side effects to fade and heal. Overall process was pleasant and it was a 4.5 experience for me :)

HORRIBLE clinic! I went there for microneedling and they gave me so much hyperpigmmentation on my face and didn't even tell me it can be a side effect. This is so concerning to me as a Doctor myself. I was shocked at my face. When I told them about it they wouldn't even return my money. They have zero customer service skills, so I had to teach them basic customer service skills, unbelievable. Their estheticians are not well trained.Their google star ratings are skewed as they incentivise people to put 5 star ratings for a discount, they did that with me previously, so don't believe their 4.9 star rating, I'm sure it's much lower than that. I would advise going any where but here for your skin care as your skin may be at risk for damage, take the advice from a Doctor.
