I’ve gone to get manicure and pedicure but since it’s been a long while for that I’ll review about another service I use which is waxing. I try and go every 2-3 weeks as my brows are ridiculous and my favourite technician is Tiffany. She is so sweet and always ensures that I’m 100% happy with my brows before I leave and takes her time. I can’t wait until I have time to check out the Kingsway location but the Chelmsford one will always have a place in my heart as it’s close to home and I always have the best service anytime I go!

I just had the Ultimate Head Spa with Tiffany, and wow—what an experience! From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. By the end, I felt completely weightless, like all the stress had melted away. It’s truly amazing to have a Head Spa service right here in Sudbury! I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time, I’m bringing my girls along for the treat!

My experience with Krystal Beauty Nail and Spa in Chelmsford has been nothing but exceptional. I have never had a bad experience with any of their services that I have used. From the initial appointment to the service provided, the friendly disposition of the staff and the cleanliness of the spa it’s a great place to go to pamper yourself. Thanks Nikki and Teresa for the fantastic pedicure and manicure today.

Went in for a manicure and I also felt I was very rushed. The colour I chose was lovely but their products must be very old as it started to peel and chip within two days. The staff was very nice but their products must products used were garbage. Won’t be going back!!!

I go to Krystal beauty for shellac on my toes about once a month. Today July 5th I went and the place was very busy. The lady who did my nails seemed like everything I asked her to do annoyed her, I only asked for her to trim my nails prior to colouring them. She also was rushing the entire time and not paying attention to what she was doing. I have small toe nails and she made them appear much smaller. The people checking me out at the cash were also pre-occupied by everything else other than letting me pay. I waited 15 minutes and when they asked me if I enjoyed my service and I said no they both just looked at me.

I tried Krystal Beauty for the first time yesterday and I was not disappointed. I really love the fact we now have an amazing place to go to locally without having to drive all the way into town. The staff is very kind and caring and so is the manager. I will definitely return, and recommend if you haven’t to give them a try!!

I went for the $80 head massage on Sunday. I do not recommend it at all. She was so rough, I flinched the whole time. The only part that was relaxing was when she massaged the back on my neck. The water was luke warm at best, and she used her nails to massage the scalp. You can tell she was rushing to get through all the steps in 45 minutes. My suggestion to her is slow way down, maybe take some steps away so she can slow down. Ask if the pressure and water temps are good. Do not use your nails. The facial massage was the same motion over and over and quickly. Aside from the back of the neck massage, the whole thing was painful. I was so looking forward to it.

I have never personally been to krystal beauty. However, I have seen the aftermath of a botched Brazilian and I would highly recommend going elsewhere. The person who was doing the service did not change the wax stick. Meaning they were double dipping in the wax. Which is super unhygienic. The owner was made aware of the issues and unfortunately my friend was told there was nothing that could be done. I would suggest getting staff that is knowledgeable in what they do before opening more salons.
