When I saw this business had over 500 five-star Google reviews, I was honestly skeptical and thought it might be a gimmick. But as a newcomer to Abbotsford, I decided to give them a try. I’ve been visiting their clinic for over five months now, and I can genuinely say the experience has been life-changing. Due to my condition, I had lost hope and even told the physiotherapist that I was ready to give up and simply live with the pain. But she refused to accept that and introduced a new approach to treatment—one that has proven to be both effective and healing. I'm still receiving treatment and making steady progress. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Abbotsford for physiotherapy care. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help.

The reason for the poor review despite the kind and friendly staff: I called this clinic ahead of time and described what I was looking for (rehab for a hip issue, and I'm young...only 20 something). They told me to do physio instead of kine. Okay, so I went with it. I wanted a full assessment to see where the source of my hip issues were. All he had me do was walk toward him. He pointed out multiple times that one foot was bigger than the other. Okay...great? He said I have scoliosis. I've been to SO SO many practitioners over the years, and he's the only one that's said that. So I'm not so sure. He also said I have flat arches, but I know it's actually my weak ankles due to a previous injury. In the end, they did cupping which I always enjoy. The physio doc told me multiple times he'd email me a program to do at home...it's been almost a month and I haven't heard anything? So I left there no better off (besides some cupping) than before. I was the only caucasian, and I think most of these 5 star reviews are from their own culture. I'm not racist by any means of the word! Which is why I came here - solely because of the almost 5-star rating. But they weren't able to help me. I wasn't given exercises besides standing in front of a mirror and trying to keep my arch up. Anyway, the rating is due to the lack of at home exercises, the dirty floor that they had me walk barefoot on, the poor initial examination, the seemingly rushed appointment even though I paid for the extended one, they had me out of there early... I don't think I'll come back and can't recommend this clinic.

I had an amazing experience with Jodhpreet! They are incredibly skilled and professional. I had an emergency situation, and they accommodated me with a same-day appointment, which was such a relief. Their flexible schedule makes it so easy to get treated without any hassle. The treatment was top-notch, and I could feel the results almost immediately. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Highly Recommend! Four years ago I took my frail elderly mother (in her 90's) to Legend about pain in her shoulder. Jodhpreet Sekhon was extremely kind, patient and gentle with her every visit. She had deep tissue laser treatment which gave her the best option for pain relief. While I sat with my mother during her treatments, Jodhpreet was also very kind to me, often putting the heated, massage thingy on my chair, so nice! Since then, Jodpreet helped me with a knee injury (pickleball) using a variety of treatments. In a short order, I was walking pain free.  Last Oct. I took a bad fall where, between terrible pain in my back and upper thigh muscle, I could barely walk and really felt I would never walk properly again. However, Jodhpreet and his team had me back walking, without pain, after several treatments. Now most recently, I have suffered from shoulder swelling related to the fall I took earlier. Again, with laser treatments, the pain and swelling have been addressed and I have regained motion ability in my arm and shoulder. Appointments are accessible, and all staff are unfailingly polite, friendly and courteous. I would add, charming and cheerful too! I highly recommend Legend Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre. Always a very professional, thorough results based experience. The range of services offered are very impressive. Service is top notch.
