I have had great experience here since the first day. Anna is defintely an underrated massage therapist she goes above and beyond to provide the best service. When she asks areas of concern she really pays attention to it and takes the pain away. She also does stretches which always helps the area even more. The only massage therapist I go to is Anna, if she’s booked I wait and then find a day she’s available because that’s how good she is at what she does. She is a very caring, kind and hard working individual. I couldn’t recommend her more, if you come to this location, book with Anna you won’t regret it!

Hello, I recently visited first time for a massage appointment at this place on February 14 at 11:30 AM. While I encountered a few issues I’d like to bring to management attention. I arrived 15 minutes early, as I mentioned, it was my first visit, and I needed to fill out some forms. I was called in at 11:35 AM, and the massage officially began at 11:40 AM. Unfortunately, the session ended promptly at 12:30 PM, meaning I received only 50 minutes of massage, rather than the full hour I had booked. Additionally, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the quality of the massage, though I don’t wish to name the therapist directly. I would appreciate it if you could look into the session details for that time and ensure that these minor oversights are addressed, and going forward can make a significant difference in the overall experience and the success of your business. I’ve been going to this massage place for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with both the atmosphere and the service. The space itself is clean, organized, and really relaxing. From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff makes you feel welcome, and the overall vibe is calming. But what really makes this place stand out for me is my massage therapist, Sirley. She is absolutely fantastic. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s also always looking for new techniques to improve the experience. I love that she incorporates stretches into the session, helping to improve my flexibility and overall well-being. Sirley is clearly passionate about her craft, and I always leave feeling so much better. If you’re looking for a great massage therapist, I highly recommend her!

I had an absolutely terrible experience here from start to finish. The massage itself was awful—right from the start, the room was freezing cold, and I was dying in the cold, unable to relax. After 15 minutes of trying to endure it, I asked the therapist why it was so cold. She casually told me the heat in that room wasn’t working and all the other rooms were booked. Really? Why wasn’t I informed about this beforehand? To make matters worse, when I went to billing, I reminded the lady that I was supposed to get $10 off because I had taken the 6-month plan. What followed was 5 minutes of the most pointless discussion. She claimed my plan had expired because I took it in July. I had to do the math for her and explain that the plan ends in January and it’s only December! This place is a complete joke. Instead of relaxation, I paid $100 for stress, cold, and frustration. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely terrible service and management!
