Francisco was incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience very comfortable. The therapeutic massage was excellent - I felt much lighter and more flexible afterward, with significantly reduced tension. Highly recommended! (Quick tip for Massage Addict - perhaps a more cushioned head rest will be more comfortable for 60-120 minute sessions)

KP is extremely knowledgeable and effective about what he is doing. He's personable and ensures that he gives the appropriate treatment. He's very thorough. I have chronic shoulder pain and his massages greatly reduce or eliminate the pain for quite some time time.

I’ve been coming to this location for massage treatment for over eight months now and have never had an issue. All the RMTs have been great, especially Macy. However, I recently had two treatments with Francisco, one in September 2024 and the second today (March 23, 2025). First, my 60-minute appointment started at 3:45 p.m. and didn’t begin until 3:55 p.m. The treatment ended at 4:35 p.m., and during the entire time, the RMTs only rubbed oil all over my body and paid attention to the time. There was zero attention to pressure points, and they didn’t even work on my shoulders or neck. It’s disheartening to see such a poor experience being provided to clients.

Massage Addict Maple has great choices of services and professional receptionist who can explain the options. The place is perfectly located in the neighborhood where you can park your car freely. My massage experience with Macy was good; felt like new-born after one session. Highly recommend this place.

Massage Addicts on Major McKenzie is a fantastic location—crisp, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The staff is wonderful—always punctual, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend this location for all your therapeutic and massage needs. My visit was nothing short of amazing, and I would absolutely give it five stars!

Today was my first appointment with the Chiropractor, Dr Mark. I am speechless! He is very patient, professional, not to mention knowledgeable. He explains everything to you. Provided me with exercises and the best part due to his adjustments I feel like a new person. Throughout the treatment, all I was thinking is why I did not come to see him earlier! Now, he will be my healer! Great service and feeling much better after the session! Very thankfully! Also, a big thank you goes to Kelly who did her best to schedule me in and Shania who is also amazing and kind! Thank you guys for everything ❤️
