"I’ve been coming to this location for massage treatment for over eight months now and have never had an issue. All the RMTs have been great, especially Macy. However, I recently had two treatments with Francisco, one in September 2024 and the second today (March 23, 2025). First, my 60-minute appointment started at 3:45 p.m. and didn’t begin until 3:55 p.m. The treatment ended at 4:35 p.m., and during the entire time, the RMTs only rubbed oil all over my body and paid attention to the time. There was zero attention to pressure points, and they didn’t even work on my shoulders or neck. It’s disheartening to see such a poor experience being provided to clients."

"Today was my first appointment with the Chiropractor, Dr Mark. I am speechless! He is very patient, professional, not to mention knowledgeable. He explains everything to you. Provided me with exercises and the best part due to his adjustments I feel like a new person. Throughout the treatment, all I was thinking is why I did not come to see him earlier! Now, he will be my healer! Great service and feeling much better after the session! Very thankfully! "I've never seen someone chase me out and ask for more tips. I want to know how short this person is. Just because she thinks that the tip she received is less than that of her colleagues, she asks us to make up the tip. This is ridiculous. It's really boring to keep asking for tips during the service."
