The ambiance was relaxing, with dim lighting that created a soothing environment, and the cleanliness of the facility was impressive. The entire process, from booking to the session itself, was seamless and professional. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Massage Addict is great. I've been going to Massage Addict for a couple of years now. The staff there is very welcoming and nice. Jackie (Shufang (Jackie) C) who i've started using recently (since Jan 2025) is amazing. She is very professional and highly skilled. I had stiff shoulders, back and leg/knee pains for a very long time, which usually comes and goes. Typically after a massage the pain will go away but come back after awhile. However Jackie not only helps reduce the pain during the massage, but she looks at helping you heal long term. She knows exactly what is needed and hits all the right pressure points. I can tell the difference and feel much better. Now I go to for a massage to relax and not when i'm in pain. I thank Jackie so much. 10/10!!

I have been going to Massage Addict for almost 2 years now. My therapist of choice is Aftab. Aftab is professional, kind, and very educated in his profession. He takes the time each session to identify my main areas of concern, and always ensures that I am comfortable throughout each session. His knowledge goes beyond massage therapy, with extensive knowledge of overall wellness and nutrition to aid in body recovery. As an active person, and as someone who carries weight during my job, I trust Aftab will always aid in my recovery by providing excellent service each time. The staff at this location are also very accommodating, and the customer service has always been great! I highly recommend Aftab.

I love massage Addict Richmond Hill. I have been there more than 3 years . I have tried many RMTs and they are all great but my go to is Aftab . I have chronic pain from work and his medical background really help me with my pain. He is professional and respectful during treatments even with sensitive areas. I would highly recommend Aftab.

I used to struggle with really bad back pain before I started seeing Aftab. He’s incredibly polite, well-educated, and provides such an amazing service that I’ve been going back regularly ever since. I’m very picky about who I trust with a massage and Aftab exceeded all expectations! Dim lighted room, relaxing music and a heated bed! Highly recommend him if you're unsure of who to try!

I had amazing massage sessions with Shufang (Jackie)! I had a stiff neck and a severe headache, and they are gone now. She knows how to release muscle spasms and relieve tension in the body. She is professional and highly skilled, and truly cares about her clients' well-being and improving their conditions. Also, the receptionist (Alessia) is very polite and professional. I highly recommend them!

During the entire hr massage there was terrible construction noises and ringing. I should have been made aware of the disruption before the session. The massage was mediocre and did not have enough pressure. Never again.
