SHUJA was extremely warm and welcoming and made my visit incredible, it was the best massage I've ever gotten in my life. She was friendly and respectful and did a thorough job and I left feeling much better and looking forward to my next visit, thank you so much. I have already been recommending her since it was such an outstanding job. She was was very passionate and knowledgeable as well. I had been previously and it was an okay massage and I wasn’t sure if I would be back and I’m glad I gave them another chance.

Massage Addict in Uptown Waterloo deserves every one of these five stars! From the moment you walk in, the receptionist greets you with such kindness and patience. They are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and make the check-in process so smooth—it sets the tone for a relaxing experience. As for the Registered Massage Therapists, Kaitlyn and Steven are outstanding! Kaitlyn is incredibly intuitive and skilled, tailoring each session to your specific needs with care and attention. Steven, on the other hand, has a perfect balance of technique and pressure, making his massages both therapeutic and relaxing. Both of them genuinely care about their clients' well-being, and it shows in their professionalism and the results they deliver. The whole team at Massage Addict creates such a calming and friendly environment. Whether you're looking to relieve tension, recover from an injury, or just unwind, this is the place to go. I have been seeing Lana for reflexology for a few months. Being a reflexologist myself, I know what I like. I have been getting reflexology for years before becoming one. Lana is professional, works on specific areas when I have issues. Her pressure is firm and she provides a totally relaxing experience! Highly recommended seeing Lana for an hour of healing and rejuvenation!

I have been going here for several years. My last few experiences with Suja were quite disappointing. The first half of the massage is great and then she seems to fall asleep. The massage will come to a stop many times for 10-15 seconds and then she comes to and just traces your back for with her fingers. Very very strange. I reached out to head office and they said the owner of this location would contact me … they never have, not surprised. For $130 bucks go elsewhere and you won’t have to worry about nudging the masseuse awake. I was previously seeing Kaitlyn and she was fantastic, I see online she is gone, hopefully a better move for her.

I had a prenatal massage here, and unfortunately, it was the worst massage I’ve ever received in my life. The massage therapist remained seated the entire time, used only one hand, and barely applied any pressure—there was no real effort or care put into it. The environment also left much to be desired. It did not feel clean, and the massage oil they used had a greasy, unpleasant texture that reminded me more of car grease than a product meant for skin. For something as sensitive and important as prenatal care, I expected a much more professional and hygienic experience. This was not just disappointing—it was frustrating. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking quality care during pregnancy.

I had a deep tissue massage here two weeks ago, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the peaceful, welcoming ambiance of the spa. The massage itself was incredible. Suja was extremely skilled and really took the time to understand my needs and any problem areas. I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke, and I left feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. I’ve had deep tissue massages before, but this one was by far the best – the provider's technique and attention to detail made all the difference. I've been a client of Kaitlyn's for a couple years now and she consistently does an incredible job. She's communicative, really listens, kind and helps you consider wellness as a whole. Fantastic RMT and human being. I would give her more than 5 stars! The only reason for the the 4* is reception as it is a very important part of a business. I was really sad to see Darlene no longer there, she really made every visit feel just that extra bit special. Incredibly friendly and kind. The new receptionists have varied, some are unfriendly (no chit chat, greetings), some are unprofessional (texting while doing a customer interaction, letting people cut the line, not answering the phone, not calling when an appointment needs to be cancelled last minute, etc.) and one or two are okay, but definitely not Darlene. I definitely recommend 100%.
