"Went in for my first appointment and they help with the pain in my shoulders and neck and lower back. Would recommend to anyone who's having trouble. Just make sure you have your benefits ready if you’re a new client and have to fill out paperwork for your appointment. Also front receptionist was also very nice and helpful!"

"Called a couple hours to my appointment to reschedule due to horrible weather outside. A complete blizzard. Roads were atrocious and I live on the complete opposite side of Barrie. When I asked to reschedule due to the weather the lady at the front said she wanted to charge me and when I said weather is out of my hands, her exacts words were “well you had all day to call us to reschedule. We have had other people calling about last minute appointments”. It’s not like I ever reschedule. I come religiously once to twice a month to see Miles and this one time when something is out of my control you want to charge me? Are you kidding. It’s weather for god sakes. Disgusting behaviour."

"Absolutely disgusting and rude receptionist. I called 4 times, no one picked up. The only reason I called is because it said online to call directly to book for more than one person at a time. Called again, left a message, giving all the details and the inquiry. Next day I call again, everything is booked up and the receptionist had the audacity to tell me I never left a message. Absolutely, disgusting and called me a liar. Is this how you conduct business? Pathetic"

"I have been going here for several years. My last few experiences with Suja were quite disappointing. The first half of the massage is great and then she seems to fall asleep. The massage will come to a stop many times for 10-15 seconds and then she comes to and just traces your back for with her fingers. Very very strange. I reached out to head office and they said the owner of this location would contact me … they never have, not surprised. For $130 bucks go elsewhere and you won’t have to worry about nudging the masseuse awake. I was previously seeing Kaitlyn and she was fantastic, I see online she is gone, hopefully a better move for her."

"I had a prenatal massage here, and unfortunately, it was the worst massage I’ve ever received in my life. The massage therapist remained seated the entire time, used only one hand, and barely applied any pressure—there was no real effort or care put into it. The environment also left much to be desired. It did not feel clean, and the massage oil they used had a greasy, unpleasant texture that reminded me more of car grease than a product meant for skin. For something as sensitive and important as prenatal care, I expected a much more professional and hygienic experience. This was not just disappointing—it was frustrating. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking quality care during pregnancy."

"I've been a client of Kaitlyn's for a couple years now and she consistently does an incredible job. She's communicative, really listens, kind and helps you consider wellness as a whole. Fantastic RMT and human being. I would give her more than 5 stars! The only reason for the the 4* is reception as it is a very important part of a business. I was really sad to see Darlene no longer there, she really made every visit feel just that extra bit special. Incredibly friendly and kind. The new receptionists have varied, some are unfriendly (no chit chat, greetings), some are unprofessional (texting while doing a customer interaction, letting people cut the line, not answering the phone, not calling when an appointment needs to be cancelled last minute, etc.) and one or two are okay, but definitely not Darlene. I definitely recommend 100%."
