I wasn't sure what to expect, I booked a last minute massage on good friday and was not disappointed. Easy online booking and direct billing was just the beginning. The clinic is super clean and the massage bed smelled so fresh and clean. I got in with Marc Dumont. We had a brief chat before my treatment and discussed what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Consistent perfect pressure and he didn't talk a lot except to ask if the pressure was ok, and ensure I was comfortable. I've had loads of massages, and rarely do I get what I want, but I did here. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Marc to others!

I’m a regular at this clinic, and tonight was my first time experiencing a session with Prem—she truly impressed me. She took the time to explain each technique, detailing how and why she was doing it, along with the benefits. I had a taste of her bamboo and hot stone massage, both of which were fantastic. The foot massage really helped alleviate the pain I’ve been dealing with, and the head massage was outstanding. I’ll definitely book with her again and highly recommend others give it a try!

I saw Nichole for a 1 hour massage . I was a little apprehensive, having suffered a small injury in a fall, but Nichole asked a lot of questions before beginning, and was extremely gentle in her initial examination. The massage she gave me was very relaxing, and provided some immediate relief in my troublesome shoulder. Will definitely visit her again.

They don’t know what customer service is. I would never recommend to go to grassland branch. As if you don’t show up for appointments they will charge you full money and don’t give you any options to reschedule.life get busy and sometimes we forget to appointment but I never seen this kind of rude service ever

I am so disappointed with your service.. I was called to let me know that the staff is sick and I need to cancel my appointment! I understand that but it sucks that you can’t find a replacement nor get me another date at the earliest when I had to wait for weeks get the appointment and now you are asking me to get another! I am really really disappointed with you service !

I usually go to this place and satisfied with the service but I recently had massage done by Prem, and she is nice lady but talks nonstop and was convincing me that she is doing massage from home and it’s cheaper than at this place. I wasn’t able to relax and had to listen about it for an hour.
