Went in for a root color for my hair and was so impressed with the customer service! The spa is very relaxing and peaceful. The price I paid for the service and experience was exceptionally low. I wish we had more spas like this in Vancouver! I highly recommend this place!

Best facial I have ever received! My lovely lady was very experienced and explained everything she was doing. It was a nice calm environment and she was lovely and kind. Oh, and my skin feels great! I would highly recommend Mayfair for a facial.

I just had a European facial with Sheetal, and it was wonderful! It was my first facial in a LONG time, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Sheetal made me feel more than comfortable, and explained products etc she was going to use along the way, as well as educating me on my skin concerns/questions etc. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to give your skin what it needs. Definitely taking into consideration all of her recommendations and will be rebooking another facial!! :)

I’ve been here twice for a haircut for myself. Originally, I got a horrible haircut done by someone else. My hair cut was just a straight cut, no layers, length was above my shoulders. It was so bad I had to get it fixed asap so I went to Mayfair. The lady who cut my hair did such a great job fixing the previous stylist’s mistake, I also got her to cut my hair a bit shorter. I went back to her again for my short hair maintenance and also got a few compliments on my haircut by random people. I took my 3 year old daughter here for her first hair cut. Her hair was all the way down to her waist and the stylist (a different lady from the one who cut my hair) perfectly cut my daughter’s hair straight. Her hair is now above her shoulders and with bangs. She loves her new hair.

I visited Mayfair Facial Bar on 2023-05-10 as I had received a gift certificate from a family member, and I was so thrilled at the facial service I received! The customer service was amazing, I had received a call prior to flag that I also wanted an Eye Brow Wax and that it might not be the best for my skin, but we would review when I arrived. I received a nice warm tea to go after the service -- every little added detail made the experience phenomenal. The facial itself was amazing, top quality products, extremely knowledgeable staff -- who took the time to explain the products used, how to protect my skin from the upcoming sun and where some problem areas were and how to treat them. I would highly recommend Mayfair Facial Bar, I will 150% be going back for another facial as soon as I can! I have already received compliments that my skin looks amazing, and it's only been a couple hours since the service! Thank you Mayfair Facial Bar for a great experience!!
