I always text to make sure who is working than come there in 5-10mins. When I get there I get told something else, that this person is actually not here and they push for you to see someone else you're not interested in. This is very dissapointing and I may stop coming here in the future, service has gone down hill since they opened."

"I’ve been here twice for a haircut for myself. Originally, I got a horrible haircut done by someone else. My hair cut was just a straight cut, no layers, length was above my shoulders. It was so bad I had to get it fixed asap so I went to Mayfair. The lady who cut my hair did such a great job fixing the previous stylist’s mistake, I also got her to cut my hair a bit shorter. I went back to her again for my short hair maintenance and also got a few compliments on my haircut by random people. I took my 3 year old daughter here for her first hair cut. Her hair was all the way down to her waist and the stylist (a different lady from the one who cut my hair) perfectly cut my daughter’s hair straight. Her hair is now above her shoulders and with bangs. She loves her new hair."

The customer service was amazing, I had received a call prior to flag that I also wanted an Eye Brow Wax and that it might not be the best for my skin, but we would review when I arrived. I received a nice warm tea to go after the service -- every little added detail made the experience phenomenal. The facial itself was amazing, top quality products, extremely knowledgeable staff -- who took the time to explain the products used, how to protect my skin from the upcoming sun and where some problem areas were and how to treat them. I would highly recommend Mayfair Facial Bar, I will 150% be going back for another facial as soon as I can! Me n my wife wanted to get massage and we called so many places to see if they did couple massages. Most of the places said no. Just by google search I found this place and when I talked to them, they said they did provide cpl massage. So we hesitatingly went there. Honestly saying they were so welcoming and the massage they provided, was so good that I can’t put it in words. Anni provided massage to my wife and my wife told me later that Anni had massaged her so well that she was feeling so light that all the stiffness in her muscles had settled down. Linda provided massage to me and she knew just by giving light massage that which points were sore and which points needed more attention. At the end when me n my wife discussed about our experience, we both had the common review about nothing of them, that they know what they were doing and they provided very good massage. The place from outside looks old but from inside its clean. The staff was very sweet and kind. The main reason for leaving this review is that if any couple like us is not sure where to ho n where not to, to get proper massage, try once n i believe you will not regret it. I mostly leave reviews for bad service but this was exceptional so they deserved a good review."
