HEADS UP, they dont take direct billing to most places contrary to their website, and this wasnt informed until the end of the appt. Also, no where in their pre appt email had specific instructions on how to get into the building before 9AM, and you have to call prior to figure out how to get into the space. This wasted 10min of my time and the rmt cited this as a reason to shorten my appt while charging for the full hour.

Great massage but she doesn’t bill directly w/ insurance and does not mention until the massage is done, different than other momentum locations where they first tell you how they personally work and then do the service.

I found this place on Google and the reason why I chose this place was it's close to my home and sky train station as well. But after I got a RMT service for the first time from Noel, I was very happy and decided to see him often as many as I can. He was very professional and understood what I needed. Also, he was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend someone who has experience with muscle pain. Thank you, Noel!
