I was getting the normal deep tissue massage, and it was amazing. I loved it, I walked away feeling nicely relaxed. Liz however, after hearing the extent of my injuries, suggested I try Shiatzu massage. OMG, life has not been the same! The reality that I live in now is as different as night is from day. There has been such an awakening in my shoulder and arm. Parts of my body that have been numb for 20 years! I haven’t felt a particular part of my arm since a workplace accident left me with permanent damage. Liz has worked with me to build a routine of Shiatzu and home exercises. From originally not having feeling in part of my body the size of a football, down to a softball, to now down to a golf ball size is tremendous. I thought I would live the rest of my life with no feeling in this part of my body, but Liz’s extraordinary work has given me feeling back and hope that one day I will be pain free again. I would highly recommend Liz, for she is a miracle worker. She has done what others offered but failed to do. She has changed my life! Thanks Liz

I had my upper body massage due to my sports injury. I felt comfortable and Realxed right away after massage.Liz thoroughly discussed my areas of concerns and customized treatment to meet my needs. The space was welcoming, clean, and organized. The music was subtle and the light scent of the massage oil was perfect. Liz has a heart for her clients and I enjoyed the connection we made. Liz is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She helps support me with my chronic pain and headaches. I am SO excited to have discovered her. She makes me feel an immense amount of relief and her demeanour is extremely relaxed, she creates a safe comfortable space for healing and relaxation. 5 stars ⭐️ highly recommend! ????????‍♀️

This was my first time going to Liz. I was in a lot of pain and stressed out after a tough work week so I was looking for anyone who was open and more importantly able to see me. Liz was able to see me the same day and I’m so happy she was able to. This was the best massage I have ever had and I will definitely be going back again.

Liz is great , took me on as a client last minute. very professional. great technique did a wonderful job on my tense back. highly recommended. The room is nicer than any RMT room i've been to.
