I recently visited this Chinese massage place and had a great experience overall. The staff is friendly and professional, and they genuinely do their best to communicate with you, even though language can be a bit of a barrier. It's clear they want to provide the best service possible, so they put in the effort to understand your needs. The cost of the massage is very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of service you receive. One thing to keep in mind is that if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you too, which makes for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I have been to see Sonny 2x and I must say that her treatment have been very therapeutic for me. She applied a firm and medium pressure and she covered all exposed parts of my body. This is great because far too often, my hands and feet don't get any attention. I left feeling rejuvenated and I'll be back to try other staff as well. I gave it 4 stars because they're were a few interruptions to answer the door or talk to coworkers.

The massage is great quality and strong. The masseuse is skilled at what they do. Here is the caveat: Due to lower than market price charged by the establishment, you will not be able to claim your benefits due to its cash pricing. The cut of your fee to the masseuse is also lower than other places. Therefore they will expect you to tip more to earn a living wage. You the customer are expected to make up the difference. If they feel you tipped less than expected, they will ask you for more. After reading the reviews and experiencing it myself, it's clearer how their business model works. The place is clean,well kept, and relaxing atmosphere. If I come back here again, I have to follow protocols of calling ahead to make an appointment, pay cash and higher tips, not claim any benefits and be polite by accepting their business model to avoid issues.

Wendy was absolutely terrific! I decided to go in for a body massage and was so grateful! She is so kind and the massage was wonderful - just the right amount of pressure and my muscles feel so relaxed! Thank you so much!

They offer great massage for their price tag. It is certainly the best for this price range, because I have tried many massage place in the Vancouver area. Is it the best regardless the price? No, there are many places which are better but you would pay double $$$$$. So if you can afford some expenses places and want the best massage, you might need to look for others.

When we called to book the appointment for three people and asked for the price, the lady on the phone said, "$40 plus tips", which was a little upfront but fine. When we got there, the ambiance of the place was really nice and calming. The ladies who gave us the reflexology were great! They really tried to provide excellent customer service. We were not happy, however, at the end when the owner was taking the payment and said "$40 plus $10 tip". I thought this was unprofessional. I don't think anyone should tell you how much to tip...??? I found the situation really awkward and didn't feel like arguing after a really nice massage, so we paid. However, I will definitely not be coming back to this place. It's really unfortunate because we would have come back if not for this incident. To the owner: just be upfront with your pricing and don't tell me what to tip.

Extremely unprofessional. This lady was on her phone picking up calls while massaging me with one hand. Puts her phone down next to me and would continue to text with the other hand Then she leaves the room and comes back chewing on something and I could smell her breath which stank. Literally disgusting had to walk out in the middle of the session. Completely wack

Like others have said. We were asked a minimum tip amount after our session. It was an awkward and uncomfortable experience. The massage was ok not that comfortable and I feel like they were cutting corners. Will not return and won’t recommend.
