Would like to start off by saying that Jaime McBride RMT, has been treating me with lymphatic drainage and massage therapy treatments for a little over a year now. I always feel so fabulous after my session. What’s so amazing, is that she’s so down to earth and kind when treating me. The ambiance is amazing, relaxing and always professional. I always feel at ease with her and she is focused on my needs and comforts. Thank you Jaime for handling me with care and making me feel so relaxed, in your care. "A good massage is like a vacation in a bottle." :)

I had an amazing experience with Bailey S. She provided exceptional care and professionalism during my treatment. She is always attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment.I was dealing with lower back pain for a long time and her treatment made a noticeable difference, significantly easing my discomfort. She is also a genuinely kind person. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking quality care and effective treatment.

I’ve been to this clinic a few times and generally had good experiences. However, during my last visit, I felt quite uncomfortable. I didn’t book with the previous RMTs I’d seen because I wanted to fit in a session before the holidays. Knowing it’s a busy time of year, I went on the clinic’s website and booked with whoever was available and fit my schedule. I finish work at 4 PM and my workplace is just a five-minute walk from the clinic, so when I saw a 4:15 PM slot available, I booked it. A few days before my appointment, I received a call from the clinic asking if they could move my appointment back by half an hour to accommodate another patient. I apologized and explained that I couldn’t do that because I didn’t want to wait around for an extra half hour after finishing work. I assumed they would simply accept my response, but instead, the person on the phone tried to argue, saying they wanted to fit in another patient. Eventually, she said it was fine and left it as is. On the day of my appointment, during the initial consultation, I got an unwelcoming vibe from the RMT. At the end of the session, she brought out her iPad to show her schedule and told me that if I wanted to book her services again, I would need to come earlier or later because she wanted to fit another patient in-between. I explained that I had chosen the 4:15 PM slot because it was offered on their website. I left feeling very uncomfortable and confused. Why would they offer this time slot if they don’t want anyone booking it? I would not book with this RMT again.

Update on my most recent experience which is also a 5 star: Bailey , a great RMT at her job - not only with great knowledge on Anatomy and finding the best treatment but also helps you with great tips on how to leave all the stress behind and focus on your self healing. I had a great experience. Very friendly staff and organized . From the booking to the massage session was smooth. Caroline, their massage therapist was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Very relaxing infrared sauna session and private room and perfect to zone out from the world. Clean but would bring a bigger towel to sit on and dry off but otherwise great routine to add to my week

I feel compelled to warn people that I have now had 6 situations that were caused by the system used for scheduling. The staff seem nice but make promises they do not keep. e.g. In trying to get an appointment, I called in as the online system has many glitches. A human scheduled me for an appt. 3.75 weeks in advance, I know they are busy so ok I waited. When I went today, there was nothing for my in their system?!? So I waited for a RMT treatment for over 3 weeks and now have nothing. So be careful and always ensure you have an appointment the day before. Yes they say they have a system to remind you bit who knows if there will be 'Some" reason that they are oh so sorry that happened, again and again and again.

Lovely clinic with amazing service! I've been going to Northview for infrared sauna's and massage therapy for the past few years. All therapists are professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this clinic for your health & wellness needs.

I’m happy to report that I’ve been seeing Jaime McBride,RMT, for at least 6 years. I’ve been treated for traumatic brain injury, Achilles injuries, and neuropathy. Jaime has healing hands and a calming voice. I don’t know what I would do without her.
