On September 1st, I sent an email to schedule epilation and asked for the price. They answered me the same day that they could not determine the exact price because it ranges from $125-$350. They made an appointment for me to come on September 9 and then they will tell me the exact price and that I can do the first treatment on the same day. In the evening after work, I saw the email and replied that September 9 suits me and that I will come at the scheduled time. The next day, they replied that I had 4 hours to respond to their email, but since I responded after a few hours, they already made an appointment with another person, and they can only receive me on September 16. I wrote to them, why didn't they tell me that, why didn't they mention the 4-hour deadline for an answer. I asked for a conversation with the owner or manager, to explain to them how unprofessional they are and that this way of doing business is zero. To this day, they have not deigned to answer my email, nor to allow me to speak with the owner. It's a shame that they do so unprofessionally and unorganized. It is unfortunate that such persons are paid for such irresponsibility and discourtesy. Firstly, they don’t even know the prices, and secondly, they can’t come up with the dates when and how to make an appointment.

A wonderful gem in St. Albert. I have been going to Off The Hook for about 7 or 8 years. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. I've had massages by both Amanda and Kara. They are both wonderful and so good at what they do. Dallas has been doing my eyebrows for years. And now does my nails too. She always does an Incredible job. They also all have a great sense of humor. Everyone genuinely loves what they do and you can definitely tell. Such a positive, fun and supportive environment. Leanna has built an incredible team. ❤️

I have been going to Off the Hook for several years now - and wish I had found them sooner! They were recommended to me by my daughter whom was referred by a friend - they are a secret that should not be kept! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that it feels like home. I see Adrienne and she is now like a best friend. Her professionalism, compassion, personal attention and vast knowledge & experience is second to none. Her efforts have made huge difference and I can now experience more life with confidence. I am so thankful I found this amazing business!

Just had the most amazing massage I’ve ever had with Amanda Taylor!! I lift weights and run so I’ve had many massages throughout the years but seriously none of them have even come close to this massage. I would highly recommend:)

Adrienne Is the most amazing, caring, gentle person in her profession. I always look forward to my appointment with her. The ladies that work there are very nice including the owner Leanne. Love the sense of humour that this business has. If I were looking for a job this is definitely a place I would apply to. ????

I absolutely ℒℴ????ℯ this gem of a place. The ladies are so friendly you feel right at home. Dallas has been giving me wonderful pedicures for many years now and she is so meticulous and does a beautiful job. Dalene does beautiful nails, you can tell she loves what she does as her clients are loyal and extremely happy after she finishes their hands! Every time I check in I feel like I’m “coming home” Jen always makes sure my schedule is accurate and I look forward to my monthly visits. You will not find a better place for your manicure, pedicure, waxing and esthetician needs nor a sweeter group of ladies! I highly recommend as Off The Hook will not disappoint!
