If you’re looking for a relaxing massage and spiritually uplifting experience, this is the place for you! I’ve been to One Stop Therapy Shop twice now and I cannot recommend it enough! Sam has the kindest and most welcoming personality and soul, and is beyond accommodating; and is absolutely incredible at her job! Both appointments I’ve had were the 1 Hour Massage + Reiki combo; it includes a 30 minute relaxation massage, followed by a 30 minute reiki session. Sam’s massages are fantastic, she knows the perfect pressure points for releasing tension (especially in my back and neck), but is also very gentle and doesn’t cause any pain. The Reiki is very uplifting and freeing. I always leave feeling spiritually lifted, calm and collected, and feeling very guided. In my experience, she’s typically able to book you in quite quickly when you call if she has availability, so you don’t have to wait weeks to get an appointment and always does her best to accommodate your needs.

After sitting on wayspa gift cards for the last 2 years I finally got around to treating myself. That’s how I found one stop therapy shop. Her website was so much more user friendly than many other options and it was easy to book online. I got a massage, (added on the body scrub), and a facial. I usually prefer a deep massage, relaxation ones feel like a waste of time, and it’s never long enough. Somehow this massage was more relaxing and rejuvenating than any, without the intensity I’m used to requesting. And it didn’t follow a predictable pattern so my brain wasn’t able to “count down” how much time is left. Instead I was left in the moment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scrub, was the perfect end of winter treat! And the facial, felt so lovely. I didn’t leave red or irritated yet was so smooth and I had a boosted glow for the next few days. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!
